This dealership is wonderful!! The entire team is professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Bob McGivny, Virgina Pooler and their group went over and above to find me the right car and get it right away. They all made a difficult process seem almost easy! I Even the paperwork part of the day went smoothly and quickly thanks to Nicole. I don't see any reason to look further for any future car needs - staying with Lexus of Melbourne!

The sales personnel I dealt with Bob McGivney, Alex Colon ,and Nicole in finance, were professional, competent and caring. They spent a great amount of time with me, before I purchased my NX 300. They have continued to spend hours making certain I understand the technology. They also offer me tutoring whenever I stop by as well as , a car wash. I live in Ormond Beach and the supportive service of picking up my automobile for services when necessary and leaving a loaner for me to use is invaluable. i owned my previous Lexus a 2002, LX 470 for over 254,000 miles and just turned it over to my son I highly recommend this dealership. I was very pleased with the service visit. Everything was efficient from setting the appointment, dropping the car off, having a loaner car available and picking up my car after service was completed.

Was able to get service which was not schedule and since vehicle was in for battery replacement had some scratches fixed and buffed out. service was completed quickly while I waited since this was unscheduled. Great Job and paint was perfect !

Third car purchased from Robert LaMarr and will go back when it is time for the fourth. Gives you 110% , extremely customer oriented and is simply a very caring person. For a customer who is not that tech savey, Robert took the time to not only explain the new bells and whistles but set the systems up so they were operational prior to leaving the dealership. Whole process of buying the car was quite enjoyable!
