Purchase of our New Car

We were most impressed with this dealership about one year ago when we visited to investigate a new Lexus. We were not prepared to buy. Virginia Poole was over the top. We returned yesterday ready to buy. Virginia was tied up with another sale. Her partner, John Cuestas was our guide and streamlined the process right up to the close of the sale. Fantastic experience for us. Wow.

Relaxing Experience

Working with Mike is always a very pleasant experience. He always explains the process and answers any questions I may have. The customer waiting area is very quiet and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting.

sevice appointment

I was greeted cordially by Steve. Did the paper work and relaxed in the very comfortable waiting area. The oil change was done on time . My car was even hand washed as the car wash was out of order. That is SERVICE! Thanks, Helene Harmon

Lexus RX350 buying experience

Service visit

My service visit was very efficient. I was checked in immediately and the car was even finished earlier than projected. The service adviser,Jaime, wasn’t happy with the way the car was washed and sent it back to be done better.

Poor maintenance service

I drove an hour to the dealership to service my Lexus RX. I figured it would be better than a local mechanic but I was wrong. After having my service I returned home only for my husband to notice they didn’t rotate my tires. My front tires are so worn that I will have to replace them. Nevermind the fact that my maintenance light wasn’t reset. So I now have to bring my vehicle into a mechanic and have the tires rotated and service light reset. I wish they would of at least mentioned it to me even if it cost more. The service took longer than I was told which made me miss my sons baseball game.
