Great

It is always pleasure to come to the Viera dealership. John Lohne has been taking care of us and our Lexus since 2008. Even though our Lexus IS older we are always the same as when we had bought it brand new.

Excellent Customer Service & Responsiveness

I travel from the Orlando area specifically to have maintenance done on my cars at this dealership. Elisa Falcon is an absolute pleasure to work with. I sent her an email last week and requested service on my car. Within 24-hours she responded and we scheduled an appointment. For well over a year I’ve been working with Elisa and she never disappoints. Friendly, courteous, and honest best describe Elisa. He customer service is second to none. She is an absolute joy to work with. When I arrived this morning Elisa was busy and John Lohne came out to meet me and said Elisa was busy but he will start the check in process. It may be convenient to take my car to Orlando for maintenance, but I don’t want to chance lesser service. Keep up the great work!!

Outstanding service.

My father in law purchased an LS460 in 2008. He always raves about the service at Melbourne, but we now live a few hundred miles away. I had a simple question about replacing the broken CD changer in 2019. My local dealer was not able to answer the question, and quite honestly didn’t seem interested in finding the answer. I called Melbourne and had the answer in less than five minutes. Thank you for Outstanding service ! I am sorry I didn’t get the name of the person I spoke with in parts.

Fast unscheduled service

I spotted a small nail in the center tread of a rear tire. The tire pressure low light came on but the tire remained inflated. I was only a mile away from the Lexus dealer so I limped in without an appointment. I explained to Steve what was happening and he immediately got the car in to have a look with no appointment. The tire was removed, unmounted, repaired and reinstalled in less than an hour. They even washed the car on the way out. Great, dependable service for all.

Wonderful

When Jamie was on leave from the dealership, I decided to use Lexus of Orlando for service since it is 20 minutes from my home and your dealership is over an hour away. When I discovered Jamie had returned to work, I immediately made a service appt. with her to resume our relationship. She is the best! So happy to have her back . RX 350 Vehicle Recall

I was immediately greeted when I drove up for service and escorted into a very welcoming service center. I was advised that the service would take a little more than an hour which was very accurate. I was extremely comfortable in the waiting area while they serviced my vehicle. My service consultant was John Lohne who advised me of the service performed on my vehicle and when I should expect to have my next normal service performed. I was very satisfied with my experience at Lexus of Melbourne and highly recommend them.
