I have received outstanding service from Lexus of Melbourne. Their customer service is superb, I usually have Jaime helping with my car maintenance. If you need a car loaner, they usually accommodate the request and they give you a new car. If you choose to wait, their waiting area is wrll stocked with refreshments, coffee, snacks, comfortable chairs and areas to do your work remotely.
