I have bought my last 2 cars from Harbro. They have been very helpful. They were patient with me as I wanted to find the right car. They made sure the deal went through.

Being a first time car buyer I was very nervous making the most expensive decision of my life. Chris was very nice and helpful every step of the way. He really went the extra mile to get me the best deal possible and with the lowest rate. I am very happy with the decision I made, I love my car and have zero buyers remorse. Everyone at Harbro was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone. Andrea and Matt worked on my car ensuring that every bell and whistle was flawless before I drove it off the lot. They also told me to return for any car services and they would take care of it as fast as possible. Overall I was very pleased with my car buying experience and would highly recommend Harbro to anyone seeking to get into a new vehicle.

They are great. They are profisional Experienced. They have a huge selection To choose from, it's really hard because All the cars they have is in great condition And they also do anything the car need Before you pick it up.

To sum it up they are AMAZING. My husband and I knew within minutes of walking on the lot and meeting Mike we would be buying our car from them. We had a low budget and they made it work. Go see them you wont be sorry :-D

After driving a mini-van for 10 years, we were ready for something "fun"! My husband contacted Dave Malo and indicated our price range and request for a Jeep Wrangler. I brought my ford f-150 in for repair and Dan and Ed were very helpful. Dan checked it out and found the problem, he even took the time to completely explain what was wrong and what he needed to repair. They even repaired it all in the same day, outstanding service.

The staff at Harbro is AWESOME!!! Eddie is so attentive with my emails and is very prompt with service. I need an owners manual for the THIRD vehicle I have bought from Harbro and Eddie its taking care of that for me. Harbro is and always will be my auto dealer. The service department is superior!!!!!! We have purchased two vehicles from Harbro over the years and have been using their service department for the past 12 years or so. I would not feel comfortable bringing my vehicles any where else. Our latest mission brought us in (via phone) to Dave. "Time to start looking for a replacement Pilot for the one we purchased in 2005". Within minutes option 1 popped up, unfortunately for Dave we were not 100% sold on this vehicle. With in hours Dave had found exactlly what we were looking for. We have only bought vehicles off the lot previously and were a little reluctant getting one that was coming in. However our past experience with Harbro and Dave's assurance gauranteed us a restfull sleep that it would be all they said it would and would stand behind it. Now the fun part, not being able to get us the vehicle in a timely fashion via shipper, Dave drove to pick the vehicle up in person on his day off. This also gave us more comfort of there not being any issues with the vehicle. We had the vehicle two days later, full service work up and complete detail! Way above and beyond the definition of customer service! Can't wait to buy my next car!
