I always buy my cars from Harbro. Their very friendly and helpfull. Was given a good trade in price for my car and was vey happy with the price of the used car I bought. Will recommend harbro to my friends and family.

Very pleased, walked into to purchase a vehicle, left with one the same day. The vehicle was financed at a good rate & I could afford the payments with an extended warranty. The staff was excellent and friendly to work with, they listened to my needs. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Harbro Auto Sales.

Just a great dealership to work with. I said the truck...

Just a great dealership to work with. I said the truck needed brakes before I bought it, Harbro said OK and fixed them. Also at my request did an alignment.

It is always a pleasure to stop in for Service at Harbro...

It is always a pleasure to stop in for Service at Harbro in Webster. Andrea is friendly and efficient. She provided me with updates and information regarding my vehicle repair in a timely manner. Dan Plasse is one of the BEST mechanics I have ever met. He diagnosed my vehicle quickly and correctly. It is running great. Matt was also helpful to me, answering my questions regarding maintenance of my vehicle. All in all, I had an outstanding experience with the Webster Service Department. I will recommend the Webster Service Department to all of my friends and family.

I went to Harbro Auto after spotting the 2009 Smart...

I went to Harbro Auto after spotting the 2009 Smart Fortwo Passion Coupe I wanted on cars.com for sale through them. After looking around a little and discovering the great ratings and reviews of Harbro I decided to get in touch despite having never heard of them. Boy am I glad I did! Harbro treated me wonderfully. First Dave was willing to talk with me all via email since I was limited on cell phone minutes. He told me all about the car I was looking at and emailed me back quickly with answers to every one of my questions. I think by the end of the day we had sent something like 30 emails between us. The next day I headed up to see the car and that's when I met Chris Sargent. I was immediately attended to and was able to take the Smart out for a test drive. Once I had decided I wanted the car Chris and I began working on finding me financing. I mentioned that, after doing a lot of research, I thought the Smart was a little overpriced and Chris was willing to bring the price down a bit without complaint or trying to talk me into believing why it should be worth more. I also had my current car to trade in and Chris gave me a fabulous amount for it. I was not an easy one to find financing for, my credit isn't the greatest and my income isn't too high, but I knew what I could afford in monthly payments and Chris did everything possible to find a loan for me. After two days of working practically non-stop Chris was able to get me a loan that fit my needs perfectly. He fought for me at every turn and was not willing to take no for an answer. He never once gave up on my chances, unlike many other dealers I've been to, and he kept reassuring me that he would find a way to make it work. All in all we were able to pull this deal together in 3 days. I drove off the lot by afternoon of the third day with my "new" car. They got it ready to go and checked out everything on the car before I took it home. The radio is broken and they're waiting for the part to fix it, but they gave be the option to take it home with a written "We Owe You" document that states that they owe me the radio part. After reading reviews and seeing how hard Chris and the rest of the people at Harbro work to get their customers into the car they want I will definitely be returning there for cars in the future, and even though I'm over an hour away I'll make a point to go to them for service on my little Smart whenever I can. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. They never pressured me, they worked with me on price and even paid for my registry fees when they realized I had been mis-informed as to whether or not the fees would be rolled into my financed amount. I never thought I would really be able to get this car, and the fact that they found a way to do it for me, and did it so quickly, means so much to me. I needed a newer, more reliable, and more fuel efficient car, and they got me into one.

This past March when my nephew totalled my car I found...

This past March when my nephew totalled my car I found myself having to look for a new one. My sister and her family recommended Harbro and even though they are a forty minute drive from Worcester (where there are several used car dealers) I took the ride out to see what they had. Our first impression was they were very easy to deal with and even though I didn't like the cars I drove, I agreed to come out the next day and see if they could get me something in my price-range. They did and I am a happy driver of a 2010 Ford Focus. Last week I had a flat tire and drive my car back to Harbro to see if they could help. They did and I was more than pleased at their willingness to make sure I had transportation and then made sure I got my new tires installed in a timely manner. I have and will continue to recommend Dave Skehan and everybody at Harbro Dealership.

All services turned out to be good. The dealership worked along with me and my girlfriend and got her the best deal there is. We went through a rocky time with the dealer at first but it turned out well and everyone is happy including me =) Thanks Harbro!
