Great experience buying a new XT4 from Kelly Cadillac. From the start my salesperson ,Uzma, made me feel comfortable and listened to my wants and needs and helped show me the models. Marc was also very helpful. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and receptive. The owner, Kelly, came over to welcome me. The business manager, Glen Davis, was thorough and patient while explaining the purchase paperwork

I was looking for a Cadillac Xt5 and called Kelly Cadillac and spoke with Uzma Shasqat and told her her color and what I was looking for, within 1 week they found my car. Uzma is the perfect sales lady. She is wonderful to work with and answered all my questions and made my car buying so easy. She exceeded my expectation and will be my friend and sales lady forever. I highly recommend Kelly Cadillac. A problem light came on and they are picking my car up at home and taking it in Wednesday; the service is excellent!!!!

Just purchased our first Cadillac from Kelly Cadillac. We had an amazing experience purchasing our Cadillac. From the moment we walked in to look at the car we were greeted with smiles. We met the Owners. Joey, our sales consultant was amazing he loves what he does and it shows. Glenn Davis the Business Manager was very thorough going through the purchase paperwork. I was familiar with Kelly Cadillac as a premier dealership with many awards and customer benefits. Last summer I noticed two new Escalades in Satin Steel on the lot, and stopped to take a look. I met Sales Consultant Joey Fellenbaum and we took a ride. I told Joey my wife was not likely to part with her Yukon Denali. Joey kept in touch with me. When he called last week with further price deductions, I told him I was interested, but had little time to spend on the buying process. I wanted to trade two vehicles. In addition to my wife’s Denali, I decided to trade my seldom used 2019 Mustang with just 2,042 miles. Within a day we had a deal.
