As always, the associates are friendly and courteous. The repairs are done is a very timely manner. I strive to keep my vehicle in good shape. I am a little concerned with the increase of repairs needed over the last couple years. I get my old changed when needed, maintenance called for according to the mileage, etc. The vehicle is only 6 years old.

Our experience with Chad Hale was excellent. We were in and out in 3 hours with our new (used) vehicle. Aaron Brougher was also very helpful when it came to financing.

Mr. Cook was good to work with, he was courteous and informative about the vehicle, and I did not feel pressured to buy. I had looked at another vehicle on the lot a few days before, but, wanted to check out other cars. That car sold, and I found one i Liked better. When I got the car home after completing the purchase, I found a large crack in the tailgate panel. I had already signed off on needed repairs, but, Mr. Cook and the used car manager arranged to have it replaced. All in all a pleasant experience
