My review is one of excellence. The sales person Chris Whetzel was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job expediting the entire process. He called to follow-up to assure I was satisfied with my new vehicle.

I was referred to Diane Sauer's by my attorney. The finance mgr. was very informative & worked diligently to get me into the car I wanted. I was greeted at the door by my sales-lady Laura, who was full of knowledge & very friendly. We drove a cpl cars & she went over all the features of both. The day was coming to a close, and she stayed after hours to go over the features of my car & expressed over & over not to hesitate to call her with any questions. I will definitly be referring anyone I know, looking to buy a car to go to Diane Sauer's & let them do all the work for you!!!

The staff was great with helping me find the car I needed, and after several months of looking I find my car. I love my car!

I would not recommend my worst enemy, if I had one buy a car from Diane Sauer Chevy. I put $8,000 down on a brand new Chevrolet Cruze and had nothing but problems with her, her service department, and the general manager. My Ac has been serviced 3 times, they had my car for 3 days and it ended up with an extra 542 miles, they could not find a problem with my transmission, which another Chevy dealer found after having my car less than one business day. Diane Sauer does not care about her customers after they but from her unless you kiss her behind. The absolute worst dealer ever. Go to R.D. Banks Chevy or Greenwiod and be treated right! I am very unhappy with the way the dealership handled my concerns with this vehicle. Other car dealers in my area that I have purchased from have never been as rude or obnoxious as her dealership. I am 24 and they treated my as if I was a child. They have a condescending attitude toasted younger buyers. I wish I had heard some of the stories I heard after I bought the car. Many many people don't reuse Diane! Ask your friends, neighbors, or co-workers before trusting her! I wish I had!
