Bob made it a "quick and easy" process to buy my BMW. There is nothing worse than the dealer hustle we have experienced with other dealers. The car I wanted was there and we reached an agreement within about fifteen minutes. Bob was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Can't forget Spencer either- what a great kid. Knows all that electronic stuff!!!!!

Bob and the team made the entire purchase process easy and stress-free. Bob was always present, but never pushy, which was greatly appreciated. I had my young daughters with me while doing the paperwork and Doug was great with them. When it came time to leave, Spencer made sure I knew everything about the car and was ready to go. It is clear why Knauz has the reputation it has and I am yet another satisfied customer.

As the warranty on my previously purchased S550 4matic was due to expire, I called Knauz Mercedes Benz around 10:00 am with the hope of trading up for the lastest model. From the start to choosing the purchase, Paul Kim carried string the tradition that I've grown to expect from a Mercedes Benz Dealer; he treated me like family. It was his motivation to do what ever he could to, not only get me a great deal, but also to see that I was satisfied with the entire process. His attention to valuing the customer is beyond what I shall ever have words to express.

Had a great time and saved money at the same time. While the lowest price drove me to Knauz the service would have been worth paying extra. Between the good advice and the "Genius" service it exceeded my expectations.

My experience during the process of leasing a new car was nothing but enjoyable. Tisha was very accommodating, extremely knowledgable, and made the experience really fun. Scott was very charismatic, upbeat, and accommodating to suit my financial needs. He also made the experience fun. Spencer was most definitely a genius with his knowledge about the car. The way he was able to teach the BMW's capabilities so efficiently was impressive. Overall I would say these three guys are a great team, and would recommend them to any future potential BMW buyer. These guys are very attentive to my schedule and had the car I wanted. Price was fair. I have always had good experience with Service Department so this is where I wanted to deal. Ken understood what was important to me and made it work. I could not be more pleased with my new car.

I was interested in getting a brand new BMW X3 2016. Bob Geisheker was my sales rep. and he really went out of his way to help me get the car.
