Knauz Auto Park

This is my third car purchased from Knauz. Their sales staff, product "geniuses" are accurately named and service has been wonderful. I've purchased cars from them over the last 11 years, and despite growing in size, their attention to the customer and product/service excellence remains top notch. I just picked up a custom order BMW M235i and had the pleasure of working with George Greve in sales and Spencer Parker as my "trainer". This is the second time I've worked with both of them on a car purchase. George was exceedingly helpful in guiding me through various car models and options. He was extremely easy to work with and cooperative. Spencer was simply terrific - he knew my other BMW X5 and compared and contrasted various aspects of the new M235i controls as he explained them. He was unbelievable thorough and patient - I NEVER felt hurried - it seemed clear that his main objective was helping me to understand the car as well as possible so that I could get every last speck of enjoyment out of it. I've had lots of interactions with service, sales and genius's over the years at Knauz - George and Spencer are great, but I never had an interaction with anyone in this dealership that I found less than professional or helpful. Jeremy in service has been fantastic, and as a side note, I had a Mini Cooper S JCW for 10 years and worked closely with Steve Porsche in service (Knauz Mini Cooper) - he as also outstanding!

We recently purchased a x5 from Knauz and couldn't be any happier with it and with the way we were treated from start to finish, our salesman Tisha was great to deal with, very professional and followed thru on all request in a very timely manner. I will definitely be buying my next bmw from them.

We terminated a lease and took out a new lease, our 4th BMW lease. The entire process was very smooth and enjoyable from test driving to the final step of learning how to use the navigation system in the new car. Our salesperson, Tisha, was always very responsive and answered our questions in a straight forward and honest manner, always with enthusiasm and a great smile. We developed trust with Tisha quickly as well as with the entire team that worked with us.

It was a pleasure to go into Knaus and shop for a car. Bob listened to what was important to us and found the best car to meet our needs and wants. It was a no pressure and smooth transaction on all fronts. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Bob and Knaus BMW.

We drove up in one of our old work trucks, and Josh Aleksich was the first one to offer help with looking at the GLS SUVs. We drove a 2016, and it was a fine vehicle. He even pointed out a used 2016 with only 5000 miles and an extra year warranty. So it was a tough decision, since the 2017 had some new features we loved. We left weighing the merit of each vehicle. Josh was very helpful throughout the process, and I did purchase the 2017 GLS. This is the 4th Mercedes I've purchased with Knauz, and overall they do a very good job. When we picked it up, the air conditioning was putting out hot air instead of cold, so it stayed another overnight at the dealership. Now, all systems seem to be functioning perfectly. Josh even came in on his day off to help us pick up the car, which, of course, was delayed to the next day. He offered to drive it over to us the next day, but I wanted some help with the self parking instructions which he gave us. Josh will do his best to help with whatever is needed.

Sani tried his best to get the vehicle we wanted in a low pressure environment which was very important for my wife. Sani was very professional , and in summary , I would not hesitate in recommending Sani which reflects well on the dealership.

This is my first purchase of a BMW. I have purchased high end sports cars, and would have to say that this was an equal or better experience. I felt very welcome by Rolly Davidson. He did not put any pressure on me to purchase the car. It was a very relaxing experience from the first introduction of the car, the test drive, and al the way through the financing. I would recommend this dealership and working with Rolly to anybody interested in purchasing a BMW.

Just as good as the drive on the 2016 X5 is - the warmth of the people at Karl Knauz is amazing. In working with Ken Gibadlo, the experience of car buying could not have been better. We were thoroughly pleased with the entire process. Buying a car from out-of-state can be stressful, but we did not feel that for even a bit. Truly a wonderful group of people -
