I do not recommend buying a car here. Upon trying to start a trade in, I was told the car I wanted was being bought by someone else but they were waiting for loan approval. That's perfectly fine but was told to call back the next day to see if it was available or sold. I was told the owner was giving this person extra time because "they think" they are friends with the owner. This was a a little white lie, because the guy who told me that, was in fact the owner and acted like the owner was someone else. No big deal. But then came the next issues. When I made a trade in, I forgot a travel DVD set with 2 monitors in my car. I texted them that day asking if they could please grab it. They said, no problem. They would hold it for me. When I arrived later to get my tags they said oh, it's in the garage. We will mail it to you. It never showed up. After having the van not even a week, the ABS light came on. I called and they said they were unaware of this and could look at it, for a good price. Which I did not take them up on because I felt I would get the same kind of service I already had. Shorty after this, both sliding doors on the van stopped working, and I was told my tires had dry rot! The dry rot likely means they put old tires on the car, but I do not have proof of this, it's only an assumption. To top it all off, I was due with my 4th kid the week I was trading my car in and the guy knew this. He knew I needed a safe, dependable car that would last. I traded in a beautiful car and when they never even looked at it for the trade in, I should have known that they knew they were getting a steal and were in it for the money. They knew my car was worth far more than the van could ever be. Now I am stuck with it, with no other options. I felt lied to and treated poorly by their lack of care for my family. I hope future customers are treated much better as family ran businesses should take care of families.

Jarboe Motors is truly the BEST Auto dealer I have ever dealt with!! In all my car buying experience, I have never found a more genuine, kind and friendly group people that truly cared about my car buying experience!! I have been car searching for about 2 months and it has truly been the most exhausting experience....UNTIL I went to Jarboe Motors in Westminster! Ray was the only person who listened to me & actually helped me get exactly what I wanted for the price I needed!! He took his time to talk to me about each vehicle that was interested in, and he gave me the pros & cons of each so I had plenty of information to help me make my decision. Ray's son, Charlie, helped me get thru the finance part and made it as painless and stressfree as possible....which was a blessing on it's own! I now have the most beautiful Chevy Tahoe that runs like a dream & is gorgeous!! I cannot thank the whole Jarboe crew enough for everything they did to make my car buying experience the very best!!! I would refer everyone to visit them for their next car!

Their prices were very reasonable, and quickly determined to be fair by my lender. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent shape, both mechanically and cosmetically. I purchased it to drive my daughter and her friends, and I feel VERY safe and secure using it to drive the kids on short & long trips. I've purchased from new and used car dealerships over the years, and my experience with Jarboe Motors is one of the top two car-buying experiences I've had. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a car. I live closer to southern Maryland, but it is worth the trip to Jarboe Motors to get a reliable, safe vehicle.

I received a very pleasant and informative experience that helped me in my decision making choice for a used vehicle. When my credit is in better shape I will check back with them to see if they have a vehicle of my liking.

Just finalized the second purchase with them. The previous truck went for nearly 200,000 miles. They care about the quality of their vehicles and the satisfaction of customers. Great buy!

I can express enough how wonderful Ray and the staff at Jarboe Motors made my car buying experience. These guys know their vehicles, are honest and fair, have great prices and give you way more than a good deal. They make the car buying experience worry free, and are very generous on their trade in values. The mirrors are my truck weren't working and Ray purchased new ones for me even after the deal was signed, their customer service is unmatched. Do yourself a favor and get your next car at Jarboe!

Tom Meyer Wonderful experience here. Friendly father and son business. Worth all the research I did to find it and evaluate it. Our first "NaNa and PaPa mobile" for our family and our grandchildren. Purchased a 2006 Chevy Suburban. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Very easy to talk to the owner about the vehicle in question. Straight up and honest with you. Would give strong consideration to making other purchases here.
