I recently had a body shop repair.

I recently had a body shop repair. The whole process ran very smoothly. The entire team was efficient in doing their respective jobs & kept me informed the whole time. Upon picking up my vehicle it actually had that new car smell inside!! The team did an excellent job in the repair & the color match was exceptional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. All the people I became involved with were courteous & helpful. Kudos to this dealership!!!

I was told that my warranty is no good bc I don't have

I was told that my warranty is no good bc I don't have oem brakes and rotors. I hope they understand there is a magnuson moss warranty act. A federal law that prohibits dealerships and manufacturers forcing oem parts. My hub bearing finally locked up almost causing a terrible accident as I was told to leave yesterday unless I agreed to have kia brakes installed bc I just had brakes and rotors replaced all the way around the problem is not brakes and rotors the problem was my hub bearing which are covered and I will be seeking compensation for my vehicle repairs, my loss wages and inconvenience. I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership unless your ok with putting your family in an unsafe situation.

I purchased a 2025 Kia Seltos EX from Monroeville Kia.

I purchased a 2025 Kia Seltos EX from Monroeville Kia. I had not bought a car in over 18 years, so the new cars looked like spaceships compared to what I was used to driving. My salesman, Robert, was wonderful. I first stopped into the showroom in the evening, and he sat in the car with me and patiently showed me all of the features. I test drove the car a few days later, along with 2 different cars from another dealer. I decided on the Seltos, and Robert helped me to get what I wanted. When I bought the car, he went over everything again so that I felt confident driving it. I would definitely recommend Monroeville Kia and also say to ask for Robert.
