Great buyer experience.

Great buyer experience. I recently made an impromptu visit to Monroeville Kia and was met by attentive and knowledgable representatives who helped me drive off with a great vehicle.

Extremely unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional. Took about 10 calls to set up an appointment. Sales person had zero enthusiasm to talk about the car and was even shocked that I asked for a test drive. Felt like she tried her best not to sell a car. The “new car” had manager’s golf clubs in the trunk. And when I submitted a review in Google, dealership said that they had used golf clubs in the car to show cargo space (lmao) Again a testament to how “professional” they are. They were also falsely accusing me that I am writing this review in spite cos they sold the car I wanted lol. I went to dealership on Friday (9/27) and I bought a new car the next day on Saturday (I can obviously prove it lol) and Becca called me on Monday (9/30) asking if I was still interested in the car. The way they blatantly lie shows how classy they run their business.

Just purchased 4 new tires, alignment and a full synthetic oil change for under $700.00 for a 2023 Telluride. Best price in the burg!
