Wonderful experience new car shopping

Last week I had the best experience ever buying a new car. I went to Rodman Ford in Foxboro, which has had a longstanding great reputation. I was lucky to get a great salesman, Rob Brown. He greated me with his big smile and low key manner. He answered all my questions and went on to fill me in on all the great features of the 2014 Ford Escape. I dreaded going into a dealership because of past experiences I have had when purchasing a new vehicle. Can"t tell you what a wonderful surprise when I actually enjoyed the experience GO to Rodman Ford, look for Rob Brown and you too will drive away, happy and so satisfied....enjoy buying a a new car. Rob will take care of everything for you. .

Rodman won me over.

I was in the market for a 2012 Ford Escape. I'd recently found one at a different dealer only to learn it had been sold and they hadn't gotten around to getting if off their website. (Sleazy). That didn't happen with Rodman. I called ahead and went to see a specific car they advertised. I met Rob Brown who was happy to show it to me. He could see my interest and asked enough questions to know I had researched the product. In the middle of our going over the car, Rob asked "I've got an idea. Would you be willing to look at another escape I know of?" I smelled the old 'bait n' switch' but reluctantly said ok. Rob brought out a 2012 escape, fairly loaded, with 14,000 less miles than the one I went there to see. It had been so recently detailed, the rugs were still wet! I was a fairly easy sell. Rob explained the car had been turned in from a lease the previous day. It was not even on their website yet. They had yet to take any pictures of it. Rob had just seen it that morning and felt it was a great car for anyone in the Escape market. Rob worked with me on the price and when I insisted on an inspection from my mechanic, Rob drove the car there himself for it to be checked out. Super service. Well done Rodman Ford. Congratulations Rob Brown on winning my business and introducing me to Rodman.

Another Great Experience ar Rodman

I just completed my third Ford vehicle purchase from Rodman and the experience was great as usual. With this purchase, I had Rob Brown as my salesperson, and he made the whole trade in and purchase process as easy as possible. He was also very knowledgable with all of the new Ford technologies. I would recommend both Rob and Rodman to anyone looking to make a new Ford purchase.

Another great experience! Mike Wagner is amazing

Just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Rodman Ford and had a great experience. I have a been a customer here at Rodman for over 11 years and still receive the great service today as I did 11 years ago. Sheryl & Mike Wagner are great! I would highly recommend Rodman Ford to my family and friends !!

Great People, Great Dealership

My salesperson, Caitlin, was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. George in finance and the Charles the general manager would beyond helpful in putting my deal together. The three of them each went above and beyond any of my expectations to make buying a car from them an easy and pleasant experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Roush F150 Purchase

I was specific in my criteria for a truck and Rodman Ford's sales staff, Caitlin and Blake, fulfilled my needs from start to finish. It is also helpful for me as a consumer to know that despite the size of the dealership, it is still a family run business which I value in our increasingly corporate world. Lastly, I required some aftermarket modifications to my vehicle and this is something that Rodman specializes in thru Accessorize managed by Phil Hunt. I find this service is rare for a dealership and they back their work. So, I will likely get all repairs done there as well.

Buying experience

Having retired a couple of years ago, I hadn't purchased a car in some time. (The company I was with provided leased vehicles.) The 2010 Ford Edge that I bought out from the lease had served me well and I wanted to give it to my daughter and buy a new 2014 for myself. Fortunately, Rob Brown was the salesman that helped me at Rodman. He answered my questions about options and searched the system for the right vehicle for me. He did not try to push anything on me, which made it easier to make a decision. I bought the Ford Edge Sport, which pretty much has all the options you could want. Rob made the buying experience easy and hassle free. If you don't like "in your face", pushy sale people, Rob is the guy to deal with.

Rodman New F350

Just bought a new F350 from Rodman, great experience and I would highly recommend the dealership. I had a unique trade-in and they were willing to come to me to check out the vehicle. I was very much appreciative how willing they were to cater to my needs. I didn?t get to see the truck I was purchasing until the day I had to sign the papers because I had certain demands I needed in a new truck but I was beyond impressed when I finally got to see the vehicle. They met all my needs plus some. I got to meet the Rodman staff top to bottom, Vinny the General Manager, etc. and was really impressed how accommodating and knowledgeable they all were. The kind of people you enjoy doing business with. The sale rep I dealt with was Caitlin Kennedy-Correa, if I could bold her name in this review I would. She NAILED the truck I wanted, was beyond helpful and made buying a new vehicle the pleasant/exciting experience it really should be. Caitlin would have spent all day going through the fancy pants features in the new vehicle I just purchased if I asked her. Her willingness to assist me with any question I had, even weeks after I bought the truck speaks volumes of her dedication to her customers and excellence. I have bought a couple new cars in past 3-5 years (this new truck not being the most expensive - from another Ford, Nissan, etc.) and what really impresses me is the dedicated to service after I signed the dotted line. I couldn?t be more grateful. The dealership has a full service garage and a lot of unexpected extras. The dealership itself is great, the staff (service area ? everything) is better and Caitlin is the best. Highly recommended.

Great team great people

Just recently purchaced a f150 from Rodman Ford. Met with Rob Brown and his experience and knowledge put me in the right truck. The whole process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. The team as a whole was excellent.

Top notch dealership with top notch sales people!!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced! Rob Brown is my salesman, he listened to all of my wants and needs and with that information he reccomended the truck he thought would work best for me. Normally I don't take much advice from people I don't know, but Rob made me feel very comfortable and you could tell he knew what he was talking about so I decided to go against my better judgement and take his advice. Am I sure glad that I did! I have never enjoyed a truck as much as I enjoy this one!I shopped three different local dealers and nobody treated me with the respect that Rob and others at Rodman Ford did. I have and will continue to tell all of my friends and family to go to Rodman Ford. Thanks again Rob!
