Excellent Experience

Went to Rodman because they had the best selection of used pick ups. Met my salesman Rob Brown and felt right from the start we were working together on the purchase rather than being adversarial. He was very upfront with everything, when he could not do something he told me straight out and when he could do something he did it. There was a slight issue with the truck and he would not let me take it off of the lot until the problem was rectified and the dealership stood behind him and gave him whatever help he needed to remedy the issue.

Great Experience

Car shopping with 3 children is never an easy task. Rob Brown and the rest of the Rodman team did a fantastic job. We knew what we wanted and 2 hours later we had it. From test drive to paperwork this buying experience was top notch. Thanks Rodman team!!!

BUYING A CAR MADE SO SIMPLE!!!

Rodman Ford is EXCELLENT!!! I came in and walked out with the vehicle of my dreams!!! Caitlin is the best. She asked me what I was trying to accomplish and picked out the perfect vehicle. My daughter bought her 1st brand new car with Rodman so when I was ready to upgrade, of course, I had to come to come to the best place in town. If you live far from Foxboro, it is worth the drive. Customer Service at its Best

When I had to give up my GEO Tracker in 2011, I began the search to find my next love. Since they stopped making Trackers in 1996, I knew it was going to be painstaking trying to find the perfect "me" car. So, while I searched, I bought a 1992 Toyota from my brother in law. After many months and many rude salespeople, I can proudly say that I found my perfect "me" car and a great buying experience at Rodman Ford. I had been looking at Mazda 2's and Hyundai Accents in the color green but gave up when I was treated with total disrespect at a Mazda dealership. I put my car buying on hold until I saw a green Ford Fiesta posted on Cars.com located a Rodman Ford. I was hesitant when I went in for the appointment on 06/02/2014 thinking that within 2 hours I would once again be walking back to my car without a purchase and all stressed out. But, I had the pleasure of meeting a salesman named Rob Brown. I had the BEST experience! Rob took time to answer all my questions, stupid and not and finding out the answers to the ones he was unsure. Rob made me feel comfortable. He acclimated me to the car prior to the test drive and got me a BETTER price than I offered. The whole buying experience at this dealership was positive. When I picked up my "new to me" car with the FULL tank of gas, Rob spent time with me once again to go over the mechanical stuff so I would feel comfortable on my ride back to Boston telling me that if I had any issues or questions I was to call him. WOW! Rob, this women thanks you for finding her the perfect car and for the awesome car buying experience that I thought I would never have.

Great Sales People

Caitlin Kennedy Correa was very thoughtful and listened to our needs for a vehicle. There was no walking around and browsing thru the lot. She drove the truck to the outside of the showroom and it was exactly what we wanted. I love the truck, it is perfect in every way. I thought I would never want 4 doors, but it is the perfect size for us.

2014 Fiesta Purchase

A delay in putting the financial paper work together resulted in me having to drive home in the dark, which was an adventure in itself due to my vision difficulties at night. A further delay was due to my auto insurance company being closed on Wednesday afternoons (which was unknown to me at the time) causing a day's delay in acquiring the car. That being said, I want to emphasize that neither of these delays was Rob Brown's fault. Rob went out of his way to make sure I got the Fiesta as soon as the paper work was complete by bringing the Fiesta directly to my home. I am very pleased with Rob's efforts to make me a happy customer.

Shopping in my Boxers.

Got up early Sat. Morning, found the Used truck that fit my needs on Rodmans website, and had everything worked out and waiting for me before my 2nd cup of coffee. From the start Rob Brown was timely in his phone response and efficient in collecting everything he needed prior to my arrival. After arriving at the dealership he had me in and out in under an hour, The sales Managers and Finance manager were all friendly and quick, A pleasant surprise and rarity in today's dealerships. Love my truck, Thanks for making it painless guys! (Note I did put on pants while in the showroom)

Customer Service

It was a rainy sunday and my car broke down on Rt 1, I was towed to Rodman Ford, I was not at all looking for a new car, I traded my car for a 2014 Fuson SE... The process from start to finish was a great experience, I was afraid of making the decision to purchase again, the staff at Rodman were great at walking me thru the process. To that end I am an hour away from home and will have my car serviced from Rodman due to the customer service I received from Bill, and just the staff as a group are very professional. I would recommend this Dealership,
