Not a good experience

My time was wasted. I was looking for a particular 2014 Ford Transit XL. The incentives were very good. The price was somewhat okay. I was ready to buy. I was told that the vehicle is in transit and would take 3 weeks to arrive. I said, "OK". At the end of the 3rd week, the salesman told me any day now. It should be here in a couple of days so we go down to the dealership to fill out the loan application. When we are done, I was standing around for a long time not knowing why. We were not offered coffee or did we feel comfortable. Even the sales manager lacked the sales finesse skills. After about an hour, we approached the sales manager and he informed us that the vehicle we were waiting 3 weeks for and was suppose to be there in a couple of days, will take another month. He showed us proof on the pc. It was in Maryland which is 400 miles away. Why would it take a month to get the vehicle here. I shopped around and this was the worse experience. I found the perfect vehicle at 1000 dollars less than Rodman's best price.

Scott, We sincerely apologize that your experience was less than perfect. We didn't want to take a deposit on a vehicle that we were unsure we could produce in a timely manner. We are eager to sell vehicles, but wish to do so in a an efficient, professional manner. Ford was having shipping problems and delays in delivery of the all new Transit which was out of our control. I recently purchased a new Ford Fusion at Rodman Ford. I was very satisfied with the sales experience. All the people that I encountered in the sales department were friendly and helpful. I was extremely satisfied with my sales consultant, William Seifert, and my business consultant, Blake Gardner. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would definitely recommend Rodman Ford to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new Ford.

Best selection great prices

Second truck I bought from Rodman No hassle at all. I drive 1.5 hours past 5 Ford Dealerships to get there!

Always great service experience

Always a very friendly and professional welcome, get taken care of right away, able to get ride to work at Gillette, and get calls with questions/changes and when the work is done.

great customer service and clean facilitys

I called and told you what was wrong. doug was very nice and answered all of my questions. My car was repaired and i was very happy.

Thorough Service

Hours of operation were convenient for people who work. Having the rental car was very helpful for me because my car was in service for almost 3 weeks.

I couldn't have asked to be treated better. I just...

I couldn't have asked to be treated better. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Rodman, and once again I was treated with respect and everyone I encountered was fantastic!!! Russ Hicks, was the salesman, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and pleased with my vehicle. He made sure that once I chose the vehicle I was happy with my choice, and actually offered to allow me to test other vehicles just to make sure I didn't have buyers regret. I added a lot of accessories to the truck and Russ made sure he kept in daily contact with me to let me know they were on schedule to deliver on the date promised. He was pleasant, professional and most of all, he didn't pressure me. When it came to picking out the custom parts to my new truck and Phil Hunt also went out of his way to help me. He even came out to the vehicle with me with samples of leather to make sure I was making the right color choice. He walked me over to the sample accessories I had picked on the floor to make sure he had the order perfect. I also worked with Sonny Comperchio who was the desk manager the day I originally came to look at the truck. I actually have never felt more comfortable and relaxed at a dealership, especially when the desk manager walks over. There was one day during the time that I was waiting for delivery when Russ was off, and Sonny actually called me to keep me posted. Finally I worked with Blake Gardner in finance, I had come to the dealership with a pre-approved loan from another company and Blake asked permission to see if he could get me a better finance rate. He worked hard at it but to my amazement, he was able to drop the original rate I received from the other company by 7%. I went into the finance office and was dreading that part of the purchase, but Blake made me feel comfortable and once again did not put pressure on me to add anything additional to my loan. I would recommend if you are going to buy a vehicle, new or used, Rodman Ford is the place to go and Russ is the salesman you want to see!!!

came to rodman ford to purchase a used car,russ hicks was the salesman,he quickly found the exact car I was looking for.russ was professional,and it was a pleasure dealing with him.
