Professional

Saleslady Caitlin was very professional and knew everything about the car that I bought. She didn't try to steer me to the most expensive model, as other dealerships in the area did.

BEST DEALER IN THE AREA

I was referred to the dealer by my wife's friend, and I was suspect at first because some dealers play games and I did not have the time to fool around. But I was impressed by my salesperson Craig Rodman. He was fantastic! From the get go, he was honest and very professional with all aspects of the sale. I would go to him again and refer my friends and family to Craig.

Excellent sales and service experience

all aspects were excellent, Craig Rodman in sales was great to work with and the rest of the Rodman people were helpful and informative. I would go back again to buy a new or used vehicle.

Evan was great. He tryed to help me the best he could. I live over 2 hours away. I did not get the vehicle at the moment. But I will contact him again next year when I try again to get a vehicle. Thank you. Bill and Blake were great too.

Great experience!

great sales staff and management team! Rodman take what is usually a restful experience and makes it easy. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.

The Customer comes FIRST at Rodman!

From the moment my wife and I walked in the door, Craig Rodman greeted us and explained to Patti and I that Rodman Ford was ready to earn our business. He then passed us on to Kaitlin K. - Kaitlin was very attentive and friendly and took care of all my buying concerns. I originally planned on buying a new Ford Focus and Kaitlin showed us the different models and let us test drive a few to get a feel for the differences. After several trips and much research, I noticed a very nice, low mileage, used 2012 Ford Fusion SEL Sedan on rodmancarsandtrucks.com. On our way in to make a buying decision, I mentioned the Fusion to Kaitlin and asked if I could test drive it just to satisfy my own curiosity about the next higher class of car. I have a rather long highway commute every day and comfort mattered too. That's all it took - we drove it on the highway, city streets and Kaitlin even rode home with us to see if the longer vehicle would fit in our rather cramped garage. That was it - we put a deposit on it that night and made the purchase a few days later. Craig, Kaitlin, the Used Car Manager, the Finance people... all first class! From that first entrance into the Showroom until the delivery of my 2012 Fusion SEL, a very satisfying experience!

Rodman Ford - Great Experience!

My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned F150 truck at Rodman Ford and were both pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and affability of the sales staff. My purchasing experience started with an e-mail correspondence with the Internet Sales Manager, Colton Eliasen, who responded quickly to my original request for pricing information and who followed up with me on a daily basis until we made an appointment for a test drive at the dealership. Colton provided me with the information I was looking for without "jerking me around" which is often rare when dealing with an online purchasing agent. At the dealership my wife and I were serviced by Sales Representative Evan Fogel who treated us with respect, dealt with us fairly and provided us with clear and concise information that led to our vehicle purchase. When I returned to the dealership several days later for the truck registration and inspection, Evan was waiting for me at the door with paperwork in hand. Our entire experience with the Rodman staff was simple, straightforward and trouble free - just the way I like it!

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT RODMAN FORD

I have over the past 10 years or so purchased my cars from Quirk Ford. Last year, I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape for my wife at Rodman Ford. Even though we had a rough experience with the recall Rodman Ford was their for their customer. Your service department was outstanding in keeping my wife informed as to what was transpiring. Last week, I purchased the 2014 Explorer from Rodman as you well know. In all the years I have been purchasing cars, never have I met a salesman as professional and as nice as Evan Fogel. The most important thing that stood out was he was not the least pushy, he explained everything from front to back and was more than courtesy. Mr.. Fogel is a credit to the Rodman family and an employee whom I feel is outstanding. I am president and owner of Nabson Inc. and we have cars that we purchase and lease and there is no doubt in my mind when the cars come up for replacement the first person I will think of is Evan Fogel at Rodman Ford. It was a pleasure to sit with Mr.. Fogel (My wife Pat and I) literally well after 6 PM (closing time) and not be rushed or pushed into anything. We know we made the right decision in purchasing our vehicle from Evan Fogel and Rodman Ford. Sincerely Jim

Great! Sales Staff!

I dealt with Craig Rodman and he was super! He was honest, polite and very detailed. Check them out before you buy anywhere else. They have been around for years and there's a reason.
