Keith was great to deal with in service dept.

Keith was great to deal with in service dept. He was constantly in touch with me via text. My experience with him and the overall was great. Keith stayed on top of everything. I had to get involved with my warranty company. At end it all got worked out..

Kelvin Torrwes my service consultant was great! Very responsive and shows a willingness to help each time I reach out. He provided quotes and a proper game plan on how to tackle my cars service needs.

We had a problem with the MMI on my daughter’s car.

We had a problem with the MMI on my daughter’s car. JT went above and beyond to find the best solution and repair the car. It took a bit longer than we had hoped but he communicated throughout the process until the repair was complete!

The Service Dept.

The Service Dept. Is not good anymore. Techs may be ok but service advisor appear have high turnover. After service last Friday I have called multiple and left messages with no call back regarding additional recommendations for repair. The repair price for driver side motor mount replacement is $2753. The exact same repair will be performed on my Q7 at Sewell Audi McKinney for $1498. I am DONE with Audi Grapevine. Ok service but terrible communications, ethics and support.

Great customer service, got me in for oil change right away and lobby is comfortable, with coffee, water and snacks while waiting.

I moved to Texas a few years ago and first took my car to another Audi dealership, where I had a terrible experience. Since great customer service is important to me, I decided to switch to Audi Grapevine — and I’m glad I did. Even though this dealership is about 45 minutes away (sometimes over an hour with traffic), I gladly make the drive because their team truly goes above and beyond. They’re consistent, communicative, and genuinely care about their customers. I've owned many cars over the years and usually prefer to work with the same service advisor, but at Audi Grapevine it doesn’t matter — everyone I’ve dealt with has been equally professional and attentive. On my most recent visit, I worked with Malachi, who did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the repair of my instrument panel. If you’re in the DFW area, I highly recommend Audi Grapevine for your service needs. The level of care and consistency they provide is worth the drive!
