Never Again!

I bought a car and was told I will get my plates in before the temporary plates expire and they ensured I would have them before hand. They did not get them to me and when I called about it they keep hanging up on me. They will not return my calls or emails. They have never been honest with me from the first time I called about the vehicle. They lied to me about my interest rate which I was going through my own bank anyways. If you want an honest dealership who takes care of their customers stay clear of HUDSON HONDA!

I was sold a car with a factory defect and was never presented with a disclaimer. I found out after the fact and now I have to drive a car that sounds like a train when I break. I was told my breaks would be changed, they were not. I was told I would be provided with a ride to work after dropping off my car for service, I had to walk. I was charged over the sticker price and was lied to about the warrantee price per month. My mistake for not reading it. Please go somewhere else. Not worth the aggravation of feeling lied to.

Great Service

Everybody at this dealership from service to sales was excellent. I Bought my previous car with Manny and purchased this car with him as well. We will definitely be back.

Nice people, elongated wait

Original time estimate: 1.25-1.5 hours. Actual wait time: over 2 hours One item (running light replacement) was not completed due to misdiagnosis

Quick service, my sales rep was very professional.

I had a great experience, I left with the car I wanted the same day. I returned 2 days later for a minor issue and my problem was solved right away.

Up and beyond level of customer service

I give Hudson Honda five stars for the simple fact that I received 5 star customer service. Christopher Dela Cruz took his time and worked with me hands on and helped me 100 percent with ALL of my problems and questions. I would go to Hudson Honda from now on because the environment there is very friendly and comfortable.
