CarMax Tulsa

Preston seemed to care and tried his best.However the overall experience was horrible.I will never purchase from Carmax again.Management and the team seemed to be completely incompetent.

This is the 3rd Audi I have purchased from Carmax. The process just keeps getting easier. Preston was great to work with and made the transaction extremely smooth.

Second time we used CarMax. We won't go anywhere else. This really is the way people should buy cars.

We had such a great experience when we bought our 1st car from Car Max, when we needed another car, we knew right where we were headed. The process is so easy and the staff is so friendly.

The 1st car we had delivered had obvious problems under the hood. Our sales person found a second option that was delivered in. Meagan was a great sales person and I loved that one. She worked hard to eliminate a 3rd trip into Tulsa and it was all ready to take home on our 2nd trip to Tulsa from my hometown.

I love CarMax. The salespeople are so easy going. I have seen the quality and care they take with the vehicles. 10/10 recommend

I could not take the car to my mechanic for inspection. Had to buy it first. With a 10 day return. Could not negotiate price. However you can add 500.00 to the deal.

Accomodating and friendly. Information clearly presented and as an out of state purchase, additional information was needed and adequeately presented.

Sales from sales to management to finance they all did a great job including the shipping company that shipped my car from Washington to Oklahoma for me

Horrible experience salesman was great manager was awful would love to talk to his manager. Bought 3 vehicles from carmax in the last 3 years however would never by another. Will advise my 4000 employees of my experience.
