CarMax Tulsa

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the CarMax in Tulsa. We had no issues and traded in our much older car for the Jeep Gladiator we purchased. Our Salesman Shane Reisinger was so friendly and helpful. He took care of everything so the purchase was smooth and efficient. We would definitely recommend CarMax Tulsa to any one interested in buy a car.

The sales advisor Christian was good, but Tabitha and the service team were amazing. I had a small issue with a TPMS sensor and they had it fixed and even washed my car in around an hour. A few weeks later the temp Sensor also came on and they coordinated with my local Cadillac service to replace it and took care of everything. Buying is easy at CarMax, but if you want the best experience, use them for the service after the sale!
