As always, I received great service at Kia AutoSport

As always, I received great service at Kia AutoSport Columbus. Brenda is always amazing and a pleasure to do business with. She is forthcoming with all recommended service for my car and accurate with the estimated time to completion. If anything does come up that requires more time, she is always great at keeping me informed. I also love the area that is set up for customers to set up a laptop to work if needed. This makes my maintenance trips much more convenient. Keep up the great work!

I take my car in for everything to the dealership.

I take my car in for everything to the dealership. The Columbus KIA Autosport is very efficient, professional and welcoming. I have a tendency to “drop-in” if something is wrong and they see it through every time. You may have to wait…but they address and repair as quickly as possible. The facility is clean and people are friendly.

Excellent experience, as smooth as any purchase in over 35 years of buying vehicles. Drove over 2 1/2 hours for particular car. Even in the high demand market, they were fair and have earned my future business.

I made a visit to my local hometown KIA dealership (Kia

I made a visit to my local hometown KIA dealership (Kia Autosport of Columbus) after my Honda Odyssey minivan became unusable. I initially did some research online to know what vehicle I was interested in, which was a Telluride. Upon arriving, Chris Shult immediately greeted me, within like 10 seconds, and asked how he could help me. He walked me through and showed me Tellurides on premise which eventually led me to the test-drive process. He then heard me out on my desires as well as worked with me on pricing and purchase process. Kia was very flexible on payment arrangement and trade in of my current vehicle. After purchase, Chris called in to check on us and our experience with the vehicle to see if we had any issues/questions. Great experience!

Going to AutoSport for service is a very pleasant

Going to AutoSport for service is a very pleasant experience. They greet you my name when you drive in. Brenda was my service contact person on this visit and she was attentive and listened to my concerns. I had a good understanding of the time it would take for the service and the approximate cost. The ease of making an appointment made it worthwhile using the appointment system. It allows them to concentrate on you, the customer. Thanks to Brenda and to Too Tall.
