I own 3 KIA vehicles, all purchased new. There are no other options for me as they have, so far, been very solid decisions. From finding the car, to closing, and also the service. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to reach out to Kevin Mosley. He was very professional, helpful, and most importantly to me extremely patient and a man of his word. Not one time did he try and pressure me to “buy.” I also received the same from GM Melanie. They along with my service experience over the last 12 years are the reason KIA is the only vehicles in my driveway.

I took my car in after an accident they didn’t inspect the entire car and a few months later I had to get a whole new transmission on a 2021. General manager was rude and not helpful at all.

Thank you for your feedback Ms. McMichael. As we discussed previously, your vehicle was originally presented to us 03/04/22 with a tire issue from impact. We corrected your concern and you drove 7,311 miles and 3.5 months before returning to the dealership with a completely different issue. Your vehicle had experienced another impact causing your transmission to be run out of fluid and failing, your oil pan was damaged, your splash shield was damaged, and your transmission mount was damaged. If all of this damaged was from the original impact, how would your vehicle have driven 7,311 miles. When we presented this to you, you became extremely irate with us, using fowl language and yelling. You even hung-up on us and we continued to try and reach you. At that point you asked us to contact your insurance company, which we did for you, and continued with repair. We are happy to assist you but no one here, including management, deserves to be yelled and cursed at. I think if we are unable to satisfy you or you are dissatisfied with management or by the service we provide it would be best for you to seek assistance from another Kia dealership. Kia Autosport of Columbus was absolutely amazing! Everything went well and the sale associates helped me to find the perfect car suitable for my family. The process was also very smooth. Chris and Robert were wonderful, kind, and helpful with all questions. If I had to buy another car, I would definitely buy from this Kia location due to the outstanding customer service.
