As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. Lower cost of sale. Absolutely Brilliant. My hats off to this crew. Thank you thank you thank you. You made this so easy and that is everything.

Best Mazda dealership in Pacific Northwest! Definitely recommend them. Jay Tsay, Bebs, and their whole team are very professional and helpful. I ended up buying two cars from them back to back.

Not trustworthy
I bought a new car from this dealer. They specified a wrong low odometer reading on the documents. I signed it believing them. But, to my surprise the miles on the car were much higher than what was specified on the document. I made multiple attempts asking them to correct their mistake, but no one acknowledges or attempts to correct and instead blamed me for not checking the reading on the car when i test drove. Lesson learnt to not trust this dealer. Ultimately i lose some miles on my warranty

Car dealership
I bought a car from these guys. About a week after I had this car I pulled into a car parking lot. I turned the car off and went inside the store when I came back I went inside the car turned the car on; the car shook really bad and then shut off by itself. I got the car checked out and come to find out it had a terrible transmission problem. They sold me a lemon and they did nothing to rectify the problem!

From drop off to pick up, Mazda delivered excellent service
Every person I interacted with was kind, understanding, and helpful! What really stood out was their dedication to an objective analysis and report of the services that my car needed. When asked, they ordered them from high to low priority. I ended up selecting all of the services that were done thoroughly and quickly.

Dealership & Sales Consultant Produced a Great Experience
My previous "new car" purchase had been in 1976, so there was no current relevant familiarity with what my experience would be after a 43 year hiatus. Regardless, my pursued purchase of a new Mazda 3 developed into a very pleasant one, thanks to my sales consultant, Frank Weiss. There was never any haggling over pricing or terms of financing. Finance director, Tony Keel, and accessories manager, Bebs Magbag, are also worth mentioning as being very courteous and helpful. Bottom line: I would definitely recommend Mazda of Everett to anyone seeking a new car purchase.

Everett Mazda is the best
Over the years we have purchased 4new cars from Everett Mazda. The sales staff do not hassle you. We have dealt with Sheldon on 2 recent sales, we recommend him for his knowledge and friendliness. Tony in finance was very friendly and helpful. The owner Jerry, even came over and welcomed us back!
