Mazda of Everett

This dealership was great. I bought a car remotely from 2,000 miles away over the phone. After bargaining and calling other area dealers for 2 weeks, I finally was given very quick, efficient price quote without the B.S. from my online salesman Jay @ Everett Mazda. He was immediately responsive through phone call and text throughout the entire process. He sent high-res videos of the car to us and made it really easy. When I was handed over to the finance manager to complete the deal is when I was really surprised. They held to the max OTD price the salesman and I agreed on, and actually lowered it even more. They were honest and walked me through all of the paperwork, but even more so efficient and competent at their work. They arranged to ship the car on the exact day and time i needed it for shipping purposes. I have bought cars "online/over-the-phone" this way before and did not have the same experience as I did with Mazda of Everett.

Purchased our 3rd vehicle from this dealership and would absolutely recommend them. As one who absolutely hates buying a vehicle due to past dealer experiences, this dealership has proven to surpass the others. Sheldon, Marvin and others (even Ron the owner!) were both professional and patient. Highly recommend them!

I was super busy, so I emailed the dealership on a car I was interested in. I received a response from Joe Garcia within a day. I made an appointment with Joe to visit the dealership on my day off. I arrived at the dealership and had the best car buying experience ever. I was in and out in under an hour and I even had my trade in valued too. It was an effortless purchase experience that I would recommend Mazda of Everett to anyone. If you are on the fence, give them a try. I am certain you will love the experience as much as I did. There is no pressure and they were very informative, and offered me a great deal too! I have been telling all my friends, and will definitely be buying from them again.

We had a great experience at Mazda of Everett and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure from the sales department. Not during my initial research/test drive visit, and not when I returned a couple of weeks later to look at a specific car. (Note to other dealerships: pressuring me to buy a car within 30 minutes of me first seeing it, is a sure-fire way to make me leave and not come back!) Sheldon went out of his way to make the process as painless as possible, and helped find us a great deal on a pre-owned Mazda6. The finance department were quick (we had a 2 year old with us, so we were worried about this!), and again, not pushy in the slightest. Love the car, and I'll definitely come back when we're next looking to buy.

From the moment I walked in I received excellent customer service from Jay Tsay(salesman). No haggling or showing me cars I wasn’t interested in he quickly got me out for a test drive and allowed me the time I needed to really inspect the vehicle before deciding. The owner was also very helpful in providing me information on the car as it was a local trade. With my not so great credit Kara Swaney worked her magic to get me a better interest rate and payment I could live with. She does her job very well!! After shopping many dealerships before finding this one I can honestly say that Mazda of Everett is definitely the place to go when looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thanks to both Jay and Kara for a wonderful car buying experience. I left with the car I came in for and I am very happy with my purchase.

Had to take my Mazda 6 in for service and some repairs. Alex in service department was great, very friendly and explained different services available and prices for requested repairs. R. Wentz did the servicing and very happy with the jobs done. Even detailed car inside and out. If you own a Mazda this is a dealer you can trust and get great service from.

Had our 2008 MX 5 serviced yesterday. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. All were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The car would not start, so it was towed to the dealership. They fixed it within an hour, washed it, and even re-set the clock. Didn’t expect to find such a great dealership. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Mazda of Everett!

Just purchased my third Mazda working with Luke Gaston. I had two cars in mind, either the CX5 GT or the Mazda 6GT, Also I was trying to decide weather to lease or buy since I had tried both . Luke was excellent in putting together all the information for my review. Then in a very professional manner and no pressure he had me drive both cars and then let me make my own decision on which car and preference of purchase. I purchased the CX5. Again it was great working with Everett Mazda and their staff.

After 2 months and a bunch of dealerships, constant haggling and dealership games, I finally bought a car through Mazda of Everett. I had made contact about a agreed price over the phone (which is a rare thing) which was great because they didn't try and do that "we can negotiate a price after you come in" and leave disappointed. I didn't feel like I was playing a mental chess game against the dealership. From start to finish, they took care of me like I was family, the dealership looked fancy, but had a casual air about it, as displayed by the owner who was playing with his dogson (dog grandson). Joe, Luke and Tony all took care of me, offering me my options, but being patient and letting me make my own decisions at my own pace.They measured my best options for financing and gave me the best rates I could find in the area. The car was everything I wanted, and it was helpful for them to be so patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It says a lot when the fleet manager gives you a hug and the owner thanks you personally for "joining the family". Thank you again Mazda of Everett for everything!
