First class service.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Not your normal car lot. Friendly , honest service . Will tell all my friends and family to buy from Mazda of Everett. Very happy customer !!!!

Great experience here

I got my first car at Mazda of Everett. Everybody’s nice and tried to find the best match for me. I got one through Jay. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy here. I would definitely recommend here if my friends around here are looking for a new car. I’d definitely come back here for my next car.

Do not buy a new Mazda!!!

Do not buy a Mazda the new CX-5 is not a good car and Mazda of North America does not care about there customers! Stay away from the CX-5 turbo at all costs!!!! You spend over 35000 dollars on a car that the stuff you pay for does not work and makes noise that the technician says sorry Mazda says it's normal even though the noise develops after purchase. So if you want a car that costs over 35000 dollars and the advertised features like talking on the phone don't work and will develop a noise they will tell you is normal!!! Then please buy a CX5!!!!

Fabulous experience. No pressure. Great deal!

I’ve always been uncomfortable with the “high pressure” reputation of buying at a dealership. TJ and Tony at Mazda of Everett totally obliterated this past view. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful. TJ got me a better car than I expected. I will be recommending and also returning to them for years to come. They’ve got a happy, satisfied customer for life!

BEST BUYINIG EXPERIENCE

Mick made my buying experience super easy. All I have ever wanted was a Chevy Suburban and he made it possible. He even went out and found me the exact one I wanted!! Thank you Mick

Best car buying experience

My family and I had just moved up from California needing a car this place came recommended, they did not disappoint. The staff has EXCELLENT customer service, the manager Mick Jones came down introduced himself, shook my hand, and offered beverages. He and his staff made me feel like they really cared about my needs. The car is amazing. We will be buying another one for a family member soon but not anywhere else but Mazda of Everett!!

Best car buying experience we have ever had!

My wife and just recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of Everett. We visited three dealerships in the greater Seattle area when shopping for our new car and the team at Mazda of Everett definately stood out from the rest. The owners and sales team were incredibly respectful and helpful, and were patient with us during our visit. We had the pleasure of working with Jay, one of Mazda of Everett's salesmen, and he made the experience as stress free as it could be. This dealer sells great cars, and really cares about their customers. We highly recommend and will definately be back in the future.

Highly Recommend Mazda of Everett

One of the best car buying experiences ever. We are real estate agents so we know how difficult sales can be! And there is a fine line between being helpful and annoying to customers and that sales people can spend hours or even days in our circumstance for customers to make that final decision to either purchase or walk away. We worked closely with Joe Garcia and the owner Jerry McCann and we have to tell you they were awesome to work with. NO PRESSURE! Just VERY accommodating on providing several different models to test drive and to park side by side to make visual comparisons. My husband is a numbers guy and I am a visual person. We looked at the cars and drove them over several days and they stood with us not showing any sort of irritation in our indecision on which way we wanted to go with our purchase. We finally chose the Grand Touring C X-9 and are in love with our choice, it has it all, room to move, lots of room for guests, skis, golf clubs or just a load of groceries! Luxury and utility all rolled into one beautiful vehicle. We also purchased the roof rails to install our ski rack on and they had it installed for us before our final papers were even signed! Super Service. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a fair, honest and patient sales staff, go now to Everett Mazda.
