It took a few times but finally it happened.... Everyone helped me at the dealership......What is so comforting is that Everett Mazda turned into my family.....They took my situation and turned it into everyone’s problem and we all worked it out.....Thank you ALL and anyone looking into getting a new car but want a family atmosphere please use Everett Mazda.....They will go to any length to help...... We purchased another Mazda from Mazda of Everett and had another great experience. The staff is so friendly and treat you like family. You don't feel pushed or rushed into a car and they take their time to find you a car that you are happy with. I would recommend Mazda of Everett to all my friends and family who are looking to purchase a new car. Anyone that purchases a car from Mazda of Everett, would never even consider going to another dealership ever again!

We just had another new vehicle purchase. The results were excellent! The sales staff was helpful in taking time to outline various vehicles, options, discounts, etc. Our previous auto purchases through Mazda of Everett have used the service department so will do so with our new vehicle, All the service staff over the years has been totally helpful. Meeting services and time promised.

Purchased a new Mazda through the Costco Auto Program - it was a very pleasant buying experience - no pressure - nice people - answered all my questions - no hassle.

Joe was genuinely welcoming and very informative. He understood our situation, explored the options with us, then got right to the price and trade-in evaluation. We had done our homework, and this was a very good deal that was presented without a lot of dancing around. The climate of the dealership is positive, and everyone there interacted with each other, and with us, as human beings first and as professional connections second. I would recommend that all careful car shoppers include Mazda of Everett in their process.

I was in need of a new car. Sheldon in Mazda of Everett was quick to provide a quote with a great price. Not much of pressure for sale.

Was a great experience. From first email to driving new car off the lot. There was no pressure for anything I did not want. Any questions I had was readily answered. Dealt mostly with Sheldon, who was understanding about my work schedule (third shift) and that I live an hour away.

Mike and radek are both rockstars!!! They both carried me thru the whole car buying process like I was their sister. Because of their knowledge, It was quick, easy, and I felt confident that there were no trust issues all around. I was right. I am also pleasantly surprised at the amount I received for my trade in. I work in the sales industry (real estate) myself and I have to say I was blown away by the care, attention, and service my wife and I were given in purchasing two new cars this last weekend. At no point were we forcibly upsold. The approach was incredibly consultative and friendly. I really felt like the whole staff were there to assist and inform my decisions. Their knowledge of the product line and intricacies between models and specs was first-class. I would like to reserve a special mention for Frank Weiss, with whom I have come to know over the past few months and who has only ever served as a trusted advisor and source of knowledge, despite me not being in a position to purchase straight away. He’s a credit to the dealership and to the brand overall. Five stars all around.

When one purchases a car and they have an incredible experience then one tends to return to the original location of said purchase. Will never go anywhere else!
