Took in accord for free oil change after just buying it a few months back. Oil change and car wash was great. Service mediocre as my a/c was on and off but they said it was working when they checked so nothing they could do. Also, we’re supposed to clean up rotors. Service rep never called to say car was ready and when I got there no paperwork was ready. Not sure if rotors ever got done or a/c ever got checked. Never said on paperwork. Also as I left the rubber from my windshield wipers was flapping and coming off. Never had issues with that previously. 1 out of 5 on communication even though I can say the reps were friendly.

I went in to get a tire replaced, and only brought the wheel and B/O tire with me. Two service people were fast to assist me. They only requested the VIN and mileage which I had text to me. The tire replacement was fast and everyone was friendly. I will be going back to this location for help in the future. Two thumbs up…
