Brought car in w/o appointment from failed windshield washer unit (hose). Informed of process to take longer (order part , ID problem). Did good job keeping me informed.

Made an appointment and everything was done on time. Also provided a free uber ride back to my home!

Brought my car in for basic maintenance and Reginald was very helpful. He reminded me that the last time I was in that my spark plugs needed to be changed. I added that into my maintenance which I needed, picked up my car the next day and I could tell my car had more pep. I will be back for my next car service.

I’ve been using Elk Grove Hyundai to service my vehicle since 2022. I came in this week for a regular service over the weekend. Paul, my service Advisor was super helpful and event spent a bit chatting with my about my cars trchnology. My car was ready within an hour and was washed and ready to go. All my experiences at Elk Grove have been positive. If you have a Hyundai, this is the place to go!

Andrew was great and polite! He provided me with a good customer service experience and explained the whole nine yards. Overall, I am pleased by the his service and professionalism.

Bryan the salesperson was easy to work with. Overall the experience was good. Dealership should be more transparent about add-ons including F&I products. APR was lowered by 1% - conditional on accepting F&I add-ons.

Masi was helpful and explaining the car specifics to me. I was able to test drive two of my choice cars and compare them. It was a good experience, customer friendly, and good customer service. Fernando, the finance manager, was helpful and going through the paperwork I need to understand and sign. The Service Advisor Andrew was very nice and provided great customer service. He went over my car's issues and addressed my concerns and answered my questions. He was very honest in telling me which car issues should be fixed first. This was the first time since Hyundai moved their location from Florin Rd to Elk Grove that I was able to get an appointment there so I was happy that my first experience was a good one. Alejandra did a great job, on selling us a new car. She went thru all the steps on programming the electronics. She even cleaned the car inside out for us. Will recommend her to our friends when searching for a new vehicle.
