    I think the service in itself was awesome. Brought my car in and they took good care of it. Everyone had a wonderful attitude. Only thing I didn't like... was when the car was brought to me there was a noise coming from the right front. It was coming from the engine, but that's where it was heard. I ask the gentleman that brought car if he heard it and claim he didn't, however, I looked at him and said "You don't hear that". It wasn't making that noise before i brought it here. I told him maybe it's just the car is cold or because it just had the oil changed. My point is if a customer hears something different about their car. Acknowledge it and give possible reasons why it may be making that noise and even offer to resolve the issue. Get someone else in case you don't hear it. Don't just brush it off. Other than that I have no problem bringing my car back. They took good care of my baby. Awesome job my service Advisor Craig Hammond and Southwest Ford

    If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle, make sure this is the last place you go. Terrible customer service, once they have made their money off of you... they will throw you to the wolves with any repairs that need done. I will attach screenshots of conversations with not only a member of their sales team, but also a sales manager telling me that the problems that began 48 hours after I pulled my truck off the lot were no longer their concern and that I would be paying for repairs on my own. If only there was a way to post phone conversations.... if I could give negative 5 stars to this dealership I would. (P.s. two months later they still haven’t made things right with me, will definitely be reporting to BBB, wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to shop here)

    Bought 2018 F250 Powerstroke At 6000 miles check engine light came on. Light went back off before I could get it to the dealership. Dealership looked... into it. Told me they reprogrammed CPU. They told me don't bring it back. I won't go back at all. Jeff

    DO NOT GO HERE FOR A VEHICLE!!! 2 years ago I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, very early on I began having trouble with the vehicle. Multiple... times it was in the shop, several of those times I was told there was no problem, then I was told my driving was the problem, then a clutch was out, then nothing wrong again, then the same clutch was out and I was charged my extended warranty deductible for replacing the clutch that was just replaced 6 months prior. Come to find out there was a manufacturer's defect with this transmission that Ford knew about prior to the purchase of my vehicle. So, they sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission, continued to deny there was a problem with the transmission, then charged me an extended deductible fee to fix a clutch when the problem was the transmission. Even the owner, Chance, wouldn't do anything to help rectify this situation. I will never own another ford simply because of the way this dealership handled a problem that could have been easily rectified early on. Save yourself the hassle and headache, find an honest dealer!!!

    On the 6th of October I applied for a loan for a used car at the dealership. Salesman Chris F. calls me around 3 pm that day and I inquired about a 2015... Mazda CX-Touring. He said due to they were to close soon and not reopen until Monday, I would need to make a deposit of $1000. I agreed to reserve it. He stated there was a form I needed to sign to authorize the transaction. I received the form through email. On the form it stated the deposit is non-refundable. This is what I emailed back to him: (Hello Chris. Kinda scares me about the non-refundable part. I have not seen a po or finance contract yet. Not trying to be rude Chris, but I think you understand. Can I have something in writing and signed before I make the non-refundable $1000 deposit? I would hate to lose $1000 because I do not agree with something on the paperwork. Paul) He did not reply. I did not hear anything from him until the following Monday. I told him he lied about the vehicle. He said it was not a rental vehicle. CARFAX stated it was. As i looked closely at the pictures, I noticed how badly worn the steering wheel. After that, I told him i had no interest in the car. He said the deposit would be returned. I waited almost 7 days and still no return of my $1000. I called this Friday morning and finally was able to speak to a manager. (I think) He did not state his job title but said he is the one to take care of the issue. I explained to the salesman earlier that I am a rated 100% disabled from the VA for injuries from being a combat engineer and suffer from severe PTSD from combat in Iraq and Bosnia. I explained I am sometimes afraid to leave my home and would like to do the transaction online. I told the same thing to the Manager (?) and I did raise my voice because I have my good and bad days. He continued asking me if the salesman refunded my money. That pissed me off. I did raise my voice then and told him that is the reason I am calling! I want my $1000 back. He said call him back when I am able to speak to him at a decent tone of voice and he hung up on me! I can not believe I have been treated this way. But, that is the way America is nowadays. So proud to have served my country in Iraq and Bosnia only to be treated this way.
