They are very friendly. Very happy to explain things if you don’t understand how it works. We checked all dealers in the area and came back to Cook to make our deal. Enjoyed dealing with Jeray our salesman, Louis in finance and the sales manager.

The sales Representative was courteous and answered all of my questions about the purchase and 2025 Ford Ranger. Hector Rubio left no stones unturned. He covered all of the aspects of my newly acquired truck.

Best Car buying experience I’ve ever had. All involved starting with Ed my salesman to Sales manager and guy in finance made everything as smooth as fast as one could imagine, no markups or add on’s, the price on website is what I payed, well, minus the dealer discount and 3k in rebates I also received off that final price. I was in and out in 2 hrs. Growing up family members who lived in Texas City always went no where else other than Cook Ford, I see why now… don’t mess around at other dealers , I shopped around over 10 other dealers and most fed me a line of B.S and constantly hassled me over emails and phone calls… Save your time and money and if you want a ford go straight to Cook Ford and no where else

Went to the Cook Ford after see a truck I wanted on Facebook. Price advertised on Facebook was the price I paid. No hidden add ons. Extremely happy with this dealership and its employees.

HAVE YOU EVER FELT LIKE YOU WERE IN A BAD TWILIGHT EPISODE?!?! I am at a loss of words right now… but I’ll make this as short and simple for anybody who actually cares. Today I took another day off of work, and went in to Cook Ford to pick up the truck that Mr. Kedge Cook himself promised me would make everything right. Before I signed paperwork, I said I want to take the truck to my personal mechanic and have them check it out before we close the deal… I hope you’re sitting down reading this… BUT… THE TRUCK NEVER MADE IT TO THE MECHANIC!!! Watch the video below and that was only 10 miles from the dealership. I truly wish I could make this stuff up… but I just can’t. I was stranded in the middle of the road, so I had to move off the road and recorded the video that explains itself. Listen to it on high volume and if you don’t cringe, I don’t know what to tell ya. They sent somebody to pick me up from the truck and are having it towed back to the dealership. I went back and this time asked to speak to Kedge Cook himself… as per his instructions last week… his exact words were… “if you need anything, ask to speak to me directly and I’ll get on it…” So today I did that and Mr. Kedge was too busy to talk to me and said I can come back Monday. Ya’ll… I’m not letting this one go… I’m gonna fight this one until the end. They might have done this to others… screwed people over… and gotten away with it… but it won’t be me. So I’m personally asking anybody and everybody to please go to my page and share my posts with anybody and everybody who is willing to listen. I’m going to go to newspapers, news stations, I will go to Michigan myself and let Ford know what kind of establishment Cook Ford is running down here.

Great sales agent, very straight forward financing process and great manager. There was something missing on the vehicle that I bought but the manager was kind enough to call me back and fix the issue pretty quickly. The only thing that was (and I am nitpicking here) not great was the speed of transaction. It took about 2 hours before we could leave the place. Again, this may have been due to various reasons but I would not count this against them. Overall, a great experience. Will buy again.
