My wife and I drove to Wesley Chapel to see where some dealers were located. We happened to spot one of the vehicles we had been looking at online. We pulled into the Ferman lot and later that day drove out with a new truck. Everyone we met at the dealer was very nice and they answered all our questions. We were totally pleased with the services provided by Jason, Robert and Rocco. I also ordered step rails so my wife, who has major health issues, could more easily enter the cab. Rocco assisted us two days later to insure everything was handled on the installation of the step rails.

Quick service

I was in for an oil change and expected it to take the usual hour or so. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor came and got me after 35 minutes and said everything was ready. They even took care of replacing my key fob battery which was nearly dead AS A COURTESY. That's what I call service!

Dishonest and unprofessional

We have had the worst experience. We leased a vehicle from them they messed up lease and our contract said a mileage price and the contract they sent to Ally was a higher mileage amount/ I found this out 3 years when my lease was up. I went and sat with Tom Frost- Finance manager. Total lies. He said he will fix and take care of us. Well we leased another car and paid them 4000 plus monthly amount due. Ally is now after us to pay more on miles and tires. We have tried to get this fixed with dealer and no one calls back. When we walked out of there we shouldn't of owed anything on miles. Plus Tom lied to our face because ally was coming after us for there error on contract which I had to submit my forms to dispute. Beats me why they gave us a contract and submitted another to Ally. Total fraud. Avoid this place you will save yourself a headache. All these years buying cars never met such unprofessional and dishonest people. Not looking out for customers at all or trying to have nice retention from people just pushing sales.

Excellent Service

Had an issue with the stability control light on my vehicle coming on intermittently and in calling Bill Clement found him to be knowledgeable and great in getting the issue resolved quickly. I had taken my vehicle into another Jeep dealership two different times for a noise that occurred fairly often when making a hard left turn and neither time was it taken seriously. It also was taken care of by the service department in my first attempt at addressing the issue with Ferman’s service department. Appreciate the outstanding service.

Great experience

I expected to be at dealership for four hours and it was half that .Mr Alvarez was quick and efficient and answered all my questions.He even got be a better deal when he learned that I was a Vietnam Veteran.The car was exactly what I was looking for ,at a price I was comfortable with and I was not pressured to add on extra items that I did not want such as extended warranty.I would highly recommend this dealership and Miquel Alveraz .Lorrenzo was also very easy to deal with.
