Great service..... New vehicle sales - very ho hum.

I have gone to this dealer ship many times to have my van serviced (which I purchased here). Service department is great! The last time I was here for a service/oil change I spoke to the sales department about buying a new van. Unfortunately the gentleman I had bought my current van from had retired. The sales person I was hooked up with didn't know anything about vans/trucks so I left him with several questions about the 2020 vans that I couldn't find answers to on the web. He said he would research the answers and get back to me. 2 weeks later he sent me an email about a used car they had for sale. I responded to his email saying I was waiting for his response on the van. 4 months later no response. I went to their competitor (Ford) and ordered a new van. It's a shame because I really like the Ram Promaster. Oh well, such is life.....

Brought our Van back to Life

Recently, our Chrysler Pacifica completely died and had to be towed to Ferman for Service. It was determined that the problem was under warranty, and the service team took care of the issue. We appreciate the entire service team, led by Bill, for their professionalism and hard work to resolve the issue.

Vehicle purchase

Recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Sahara at this dealership. It was a very positive experience overall. The vehicle was ready at the scheduled time and our sales person was friendly and efficient. The finance person was also very efficient and personable. We got a great deal on the jeep and would definitely give Ferman a very positive rating in all areas.
