Great experience purchasing a vehicle

My entire experience at Ferman was exceptional. The sales people (John Rebello and Kathy Meyers) and the person (Conja) who handled the paperwork were courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional.

Working with Rocco is a pleasure. Rocco has been extremely helpful and is exciting to work with concerning accessory projects on my Red Eye. Rocco is an excellent people person and has provided superb customer service. Mike has been more than cooperative and flexible concerning the little issues I have asked him to help resolve. It is rare that I have had this level of service over the last 10 years of dealing strictly with Dodge/Chrysler dealership experts. I look forward to future services from both.

Unable to repair 4wd under factory warranty

My Jeep has been in 3 times and it is under factory warranty and they are unable to fix the 4wd. How is it that a Jeep that comes with 4wd as a standard feature cannot be repaired? Because they have a terrible service department.

Went to numerous places trying to get the right Jeep and the right deal and finally found it at Ferman in Lutz ! Jason Speed greeted us with a smile and and gave us all the information we needed and got us the deal we wanted along with the help from the other Managers (Sean,Mike,Tom). Great experience and service as always
