Like meeting new members of the family

I am a Jeeper to the core. I have been in love with the heritage, freedom and strength of the Wrangler since my first … an '87 YJ. So when I recently brought my '13 JKU in for service, I was not planning on replacing her, none-the-less with a Ferman custom Gladiator Rubi off the showroom floor. When Domingo Hernandez saw me admiring the beautiful JTR in the middle of the floor, he knew that I wasn't shopping. But he read the dream I had in my head of rolling that beautiful machine off the lot, and he quickly made it a reality. The pressures of buying an expensive custom vehicle can be daunting. But Domingo and the entire Ferman team were exceptional … I felt like I belonged there and all was right in the world. By the time the service was done on my JKU, I was steps away from having the FOB for my very own piece of the next phase of the GP traditions. When it came time for the official stuff, Robert Packard was astonishing. I was into my new rig in time to pick up my kids at school (minds blown!!) I hope my JKU lands in a good home that loves her as much as I did. But my custom JT Rubi is absolutely beautiful. The love affair with Trail-Rated Jeeps lives on! Thank you Domingo. Thank you Team Ferman.

Marvellous Service

Oil change

Went into the dealership for an oil change, bringing with me my own Mobil 1 oil and Filter. They charged me 8 bucks to do this. Checked all tire pressures, EVEN THE SPARE which only had 15 lbs of air! Dealt with Brian in service. Great experience as usual

Fantastic! No BS...straight to business! Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa in Lutz is a fantastic business with great professionals in the car industry. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here with Tommy Drain and colleagues! Pricing on the cars is fair, the buying process is super easy, and I left with a great deal on my new Dodge Charger Scat Pack. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. Tommy really knows his cars well, you won't find a better car dealer than Ferman-Lutz. I started communicating with Tommy via text and for weeks he diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Tommy has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. The car looks fantastic and I will be referring friends to him. Tommy pays so much attention to the little things - from the detailing of the car to showroom ready to providing data and answers to questions without pressure of a sale. Great place and outstanding professionals to do business with.

Drove off the lot with my dream car!

Pleasant experience overall. Metin was very patient and we test drove about 5 cars total throughout the day. Financing went well and was very straight forward to get my new wheels on the road. I would recommend Metin and Ferman dealerships in general, the car selection is second to none. Thanks!
