Bill Clements jr. is a caring, people oriented person who takes time to understand any concerns and assures the customer the vehicle will be serviced correctly! The sales department, especially Mike Petrakis, is the same way...very people/customer oriented! You feel like family!

I appreciate Brian Guest working with me and understanding that I am retired military and can not afford an expensive repair bill. They worked with me to get me back in my vehicle. He and the technician helped me out and I appreciate it very much. I will say that being a engineering technician I was disappointed in the engineering of my vehicle. The hydraulic power steering system they replaced was noisier and might of used more engine power but it let you know when it was failing and was a lot cheaper to replace. You should be able to change out the control box or the electric motor on the rack and pinion system. No part should cost that much, Nobody should have to pay over 2k for a single repair. Also this problem exist on the 2015 model and is covered by recall. This should be the same the danger is there for the 2013's as well as the 2015's. I will never purchase another Dodge because of this.

Anthony Cagney is amazing and always takes great care of me. I prefer to always see him and trust his opinions and direction. He takes my time seriously and always does what he can to make my experience there great.

My experience with Ferman CJDR could not have been better, especially with the salesman, Jason Speed. I live near Orlando and had to drive over 100 miles to this dealership to pick up my new Dodge Challenger Widebody Hellcat Redeye and I would do it again in a heartbeat! I worked out the deal with Jason entirely through text messaging including the car I was trading in. Everything was entirely above board and the figures he sent me ahead of time were exactly what I paid with no surprises. I read one review from a customer that indicated the price increased on them when once at the dealership, but it was not that way with me. Jason took a great deal of time to have the car ready for me and explained in detail uConnect system and set it up just the way I asked. I would also like to mentioned the lady in finance that it was also a very pleasant experience. In conclusion, if & when I purchase another Dodge or Jeep I will have no hesitation in again making the trip to Tampa.

The Salesman, Finance Manager and Store Manager are all excellent people and made the entire process easy without any pressure or annoyance that you get at a lot of dealerships. We were searching for a used car and considering a number of different vehicles and looking a several different dealerships. Ferman has a huge inventory between all their dealerships and helped us find a great Honda Accord at a great price! They even moved the vehicle from Brandon to Lutz for us to take a look at it so we didn't have to drive down there... excellent customer service. Will certainly return when it's time to buy another vehicle.

Brian always has exceptional customer service. He is extremely easy to work with and feel he has our best interest in mind. We bought our Jeep at a different dealer but feel we are better taken care of here. If we buy again it will be there.
