I drove 3 hours to buy my first Jeep from Ferman due to their reputation and it was worth every second! From the second my fiancé and I walked in the door we felt comfortable. The front desk woman was wonderful and personable, I can’t remember her name but she gave me a great tip on peppermint oil to keep the kids cool in the summer and was so friendly! Next came our experience with Gheorghe, who knew everything about the Jeep we wanted and more! The test drive was comfortable and Gheorghe told us all the awesome features that came with our particular Jeep, we were very grateful for his expertise and thoroughness. Last but certainly not least, was our time with Tom Frost who was nothing but professional and did everything in his power to make sure we were comfortable and informed on our purchase. No hidden fees, no scams, no pushy attitude from ANYONE in the building! We have had the car for less than a week and fall more and more in love with it every day! This was the most amazing car purchase myself or my fiancé have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! Thank you to all of the staff at Ferman for creating such an incredible environment! We’ll definitely be back and be referring all of our friends and family to Ferman from here on out!
