A great experience from the service department

Brenda Argust was my service advisor and she went over and above to accommodate a request that I had while having my Jeep in for regular service. I noticed that while my Jeep is running I cannot turn off my headlights, so weird. I had tried every button as well as searching the owner's manual. I back my Jeep into my garage and wanted to turn off the headlights as they shine directly into my neighbor's window across the street. I know this isn't a big thing but something I wanted to do. Also, with the work I do, I am sometimes out at night sitting in my vehicle typing up a quote and wanted to turn off the lights in order not to draw attention to myself. Brenda herself tried to remedy this and also found that the headlights cannot be turned off while the car is running. She could have just blown me off regarding this request but she actually took the time to find out if it was possible to turn off the headlights with the car running. She even checked with the service tech as well as checking the manual. She provided EXCELLENT service in my opinion. Apparently, it's a safety feature of this vehicle.

My Day at fehrman

I had been looking for the perfect truck for awhile. When I saw kens post of the Tundra Platinum Limited I called him right away. When I arrived, Ken had it waiting for me to test drive. I fell in love with it and made an offer and it was accepted. Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the process fast and easy. Lorenzo my finance manager was awesome as well. He made all the terms clear and understandable and was a pleasure to work with as well. I love my truck and would recommend this dealer to anyone. Thank you Ken and Lorenzo and thank you Fehrmann. I don’t know how to spell Fehrmann. Lol.

2018 Jeep Unlimited 4 Door

This was the easiest and most painless car purchase ever. I emailed the sales manager, provided exact details on the car that I wanted and provided an offer price. He responded in a few minutes and we had a deal. No pressure or haggling involved. I would definitely recommend them for a new car purchase.
