Just another used car dealer!!
I was told that the Jeep had two sets of keys, after i signed the papers i asked about the 2nd set, they said nope don't have them, but you can buy another set! They let me drive off the lot with a unrepairable spare tire that costs $250.00!!

Safety Recall Repair
I took my 2016 Ram in for a safety recall repair. The repair took less than expected. The staff was very courteous and professional. The service center waiting area was very nice.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE
I went there with Bluetooth problems on my 2016 Renegade. They took the vehicle in and replaced the system. While my vehicle was there they provided a loaner which was outstanding. The service personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They left me with to "Old time" impression of what quality and a service department should be. Highly recommended !!!!!

Completely solved my complex problem

Scams and liars!!!
I cannot say enough bad things about this place!!! Liars liars liars!!! Tell your friends! Warn them to stay away!!! Do NOT deal with these people! They are liars and will run your credit over and over, even after they promise they won't. My mother and I went in there and was financed for a car. The original terms was 289 a month for 51 months. Everything was a go, however it was late so we couldn't get car insurance so we said we would come back the next day. We paid a 1800 dollar down payment and left. The next day, the finance guy, Larenso called and said it was a go. I went to go get the car, only to realize they lied. It was 36 months and 441 a month. And they continued to run our credit. Then when I called and questioned them, they accused us of lying, stating they never told us that. This is after they left a voicemail on my mom's cell phone.I called to ask what was the deal and they went off. The sales manager wasScreaming and yelling. I was trying to ask a question and he told me to shut up and not interrupt him while he was talking! Do not go here! Repeat, do NOT go here. They are a scandalous dealer. Chrysler should pull their franchise!!! I cannot say enough bad things about how we were treated. We have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with them! Stay away! They are scammers. The sales manager was such an xxx, he told us the salesman word didn't mean xxxx! You couldn't talk to them and to beat it all, they kept my driver's license. The sales manager Tim is a complete tool! Avoid at all cost!!! They are nothing but liars! If I can keep one person from going to this den of thieves, I have made a positive difference in someone’s life!!! Scam!!! They ran my moms credit without authorization. Just a complete joke!!! And no one will ever call you back!!!

Good afternoon Kevin, I’m sorry you’re upset with your experience at our dealership. As we explained to both you and your mother during the course of trying to sell your mother a car, she brought it to our attention that – although she was intending to own and agree to a financing arrangement to pay for the vehicle -- she was actually not going to be the primary driver of the vehicle. That was an important new factor that any financial institution is entitled to know as they consider extending auto credit. Accordingly based on what your mother advised, we informed the potential financing sources that you (her son) would be driving the vehicle and making the payments. Based on this new information, we were able to obtain an approval for you to purchase the vehicle, but you chose to not accept the terms that the bank offered. You mentioned too that we might have pulled a credit report without authorization; however, all parties authorized that in the signed credit applications. Please feel free to let us know if you would like to accept the loan offer made by the bank. The vehicle is still available and we will be pleased to continue on with this transaction. Mr. Miller, Your story would be convincing if it were true. Nothing changed from Thursday night when it was approved by Capital One. The only thing that prevented mom from taking the car home on Thursday was her inability to get insurance on it that night. Nothing had changed on our part from Friday at 10:30 when we again, were told it was approved based on the same terms it was Thursday night. Nothing had changed at 2:30 Friday on our part when we tried to pick up the vehicle. . It was set in stone. I have voicemails to prove this. It was so set in stone, you all were going to deliver the paperwork to my moms work so she could sign it. It was so set in stone, you all accepted the down payment. However, what did change was you guys. I have never been talked to like Josh and Tim talked to me. Tim told me to shut up and not Interrupt him. Josh told me on the sales floor to get the xxxx out of the building. Robert Packard told me you guys reserved the right to not sell me the car and that you all didn’t want my business regardless of the terms. You guys breached the contract because you did accept payment. We have contacted the Attorney General’s office for unfair trade practices, the BBB, and a private attorney for breach of contract and unauthorized use of credit. You guys ran mom’s credit 17 times, dropped it 24 points, got her approved and then refused to sell her the car. And no, mom told Lorenzo Thursday NOT to run her credit on Friday and he stated he wouldn’t because there was no need to. She was already approved. However, Friday they ran it numerous times. Just a complete circus!

Amazing Service
Anthony Cagley the service advisor knows what he’s doing and provides excellent customer service! I cannot thank him enough for being so kind and helpful while figuring out the diagnosis of my 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I will come back to him every time for any future service needs! He’s the best!
