Great service experience!

Tom Bambard is 100% awesome! He was able to work my Renegade in to diagnose and resolve the issue even though the shop looked very busy. Each phase was completed more quickly than expected and was done right. Tom’s communication was timely throughout. It is the attention to detail that pushes above expectations right down to running the car to cool it down before bringing it to me. What more can you ask for?! It was under warranty so I can’t speak to the price.

Got a notice from Chrysler

Got me in the day I called. Did an over all check. Adjusted tire pressure. Everything else was fine. So was in & out in an hour.

In and Out

I have to admit this was the easiest car buying process I’ve ever experienced. I bought a used GMC pickup and used my own financing. I was driving my “new” used truck home in a little bit over an hour. No high pressure sales tactics utilized. Will definitely shop there again for my next vehicle. I was referred to the dealership by a co worker and several friends. Glad I listened.

Amazing

My husband and I just pirchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Customer service was at Ferman was amazing. We worked with Amanda Bach, Mike Patrikis and Filippo Mirabile. They all made the process easy and fun! I would definitely recommend Ferman to everyone. Thank you again!!!!!
