Very Friendly and Helpful

When service is a dis-service
I received very poor service. I was told the parts were not covered underwarranty. I called Dodge service and they asked to get a picture. I was initially told they would not do. I then got a complaint number from Dodge. When I went back I was told that Dodge rejected. But now if I wanted to pay $500 they would do the fix. I then called Dodge and they told me that it was rejected because the dealer has the right to decide to fix if they want. I was also told they would recommend to some to fix. I was told that I lied to Dodge. I was treated disrespectful. Talked to Dodge again, they said it was up to the dealer to help me out. So do not look for help from Dodge or Ferman.

Incompetant Technicians
Went in for a ABS sensor and basic rear brake pads. Came out with severe engine damage due to a Tech's "hard" test drive. Wesley Chapel Jeep play games and will take you for everything you have.....

They saved me and didn’t care was almost closing time.
I arrived close to closing time, passed other tire locations that had already closed for the evening, and when I arrived I didn’t even had to give them my sab story, instead giving me excuses they promptly helped me. The Ferman team went above and beyond, Greatly appreciated.
