Bumpy start but great vehicle and incentives

We had some bumps in the process but overall everyone worked hard to get us the vehicle we WANTED and even made the deal worth the bumps!

Great Problem Resolution!

After my last service, I noticed a problem. When I came back in, the service rep took ownership and pursued resolution until a satisfactory conclusion was reached. It was a stressful time, and it was a hardship to come back in, but I was very impressed that the rep, service manager and the techs worked together to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Guest is Best

Brian is simply excellent. Professional, works hard, excellent support. Him and his team are thorough and always provide the right guidance. No surprises with everthring constantly communicate upfront regarding cost or expectations. Josh at Parts was also extremely helpful and courteous with the Katzkin leather upholstery replacement I did. 5 stars all the way. Excellent team.
