He explained everything to me without making me feel incompetent. I know what I was asking, most people with this kind of vehicle would have known before they walked in the door but Karl made me feel like it was a normal question. My first visit so not much to say. Everything went very well my service rep. was very knowledgeable and to point so overall it was a good visit.

Our Sales guy, Gheorghe Donici was amazing!! It was very attentive, accommodating, and very very knowledgeable!! I was by far impressed with him than any other sales guys we have dealt with! He didn't try to push us in and out. He was very detailed and welcomed all questions.
