Recall Service
Great service in a professional manner. I took my car in for a recall, and even though it was service covered by warranty, they made every effort to get us out in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend.

First impression

Service on a recall
Everyone was friendly from answering the phone to make an appointment, to my service rep in taking my car. My car was taken in with an expected 2 hour wait time. I was told this from the beginning. Brian was friendly and professional. He got my car in and out in 50 minutes! Record time!

Great, honest Customer Service
We were giving one of our old Jeeps to a Granddaughter, so were searching the internet for a used, 2 door, manual Wrangler. We came upon an ad for the new 2018 Wrangler JL at a price competitive to some of the used jeeps that we were looking at. And, the 23S package now includes many features that were options before. We called Ferman, and Sheryl Falco told us the details, and the bottom line costs. At this same time, we had Family fly in and stay, so we couldn't get over to the dealer right away. Saturday morning, while they slept in, we were at Ferman at 8:30am and Sheryl was there. True to her word, the car was on the lot, and the bottom line she told us on the phone, was exactly as she had said. In fact, we thought we would only be able to test drive the car in the time we had before leaving to get the Family to the Beach, instead we were able to complete all the paperwork and drive it Home! And Gonca Aksoy, the Finance Manager, saved us hundreds of dollars in impact fees by discovering that we had a tag already registered that we could use. Great Team of Women!!

Oil change and on board computer update.
Brian fit me in, first class support. I came in without an appointment as a meeting that was scheduled was moved. I was pressed for time. Brian was able to get the computer upgraded and at the same time requested an oil change. Thank you Brian!

Recall visit
Upon arriving for a service recall on my Pacifica, the service agent could not find my electronic appointment in the PC, instead of sending me home he went out of his way to get me scheduled in and at the same time found another recall that had just been issued. The service was completed in a reasonable time and I was on my way.
