Very poor first 6 and half hours better second day

There is way too much for me to get into on details but the first 6 and half hours was filled with BS and lies from the salesman. Let’s just say we were legally never supposed to be test driving the vehicles under recall. Then after we sign all paper work then he tells us we can’t have vehicle till recall is fixed. But the next day we came in to cancel sale due to the paper work being null and void because cars with recalls cannot be sold and the manager was very apologetic and we cut a deal that kept us in the vehicle. At the same time I would never let anyone I know have that kind of experience

Great shopping experience

Very knowledgable staff. Easy to work with. Worked with product specialist, Doug Kiekintveld, took the time to show me how all the features and how to program settings. Also worked with Brian Olson in sales management.

No Communication/Longest wait you'll ever experience

I scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning, and was told my repairs would be done that afternoon. Got a message later that day around 3:30 saying that they may or may not complete it by the end of the day, and it more likely will be done first thing the next morning. I waited to hear if it was done all afternoon Saturday, and finally decided to use their "text your service specialist" feature, and asked for an eta on my vehicle. No response. Texted once again before the end of the business day to see if it was finished, still no response. So Sunday passed by since they're closed, and I again asked Monday morning for an eta status, and for the 3rd time, no response. I finally called the service center to ask to speak to my service tech, and was told, he and his team are off that day so my car wouldn't be worked on till the next day. So it wasn't until Tuesday that I heard back that they finally pushed my car through and it had to be passed off by 3 different people in the service dept. before I got the keys back and checked out. The person who finally did help me out wasn't the specialist I was assigned to (never saw or spoke to him since the day I brought it in). And nothing was even offered as compensation for the unacceptable completion time of 5 days for a job I was told would be done in the same day. Also, part of the work I had done was recall work of my airbags. The service dept. must have lost the dash access covers because it was returned to me with 2 holes in the top of the dash. I was too over it to even go back to complain or ask for new ones. If this was a one time occurrence, I'd chalk it up to a one-off foul up, but unfortunately this is the rule around Ferman, not the exception. I've had poor and slow service just about every time I've been there.

water pump replacement

Bob Cooper took personal care of my problems. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.I would recommend their service department to any Jeep owner

Awesome truck & deal

No return calls

There has been a constant problem with my GPS. I've left a message for the GM as the receptionist told me too, the service tech and the other service tech told me the service manager would call me, not one of them did. Yesterday again my GPS had an issue, it told me that I was at my destination but I was not. That was a new one. I was also told by the service tech I would receive one free update and I have not received this.

Polite knowledgeable

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was there to replace a rubber strip. It was done quickly and correctly. Great service advisor.

Six Month Service

I just had my 6 month service on my Jeep. Service was preformed as promised and on time. The staff was friendly as always. My only problem was that the coupons that I purchased with my Jeep expired before they could be used.
