It was a wonderful experience. Anthony held my hand literally from beginning to end. he did his best to accommodate us, even though our warranty company let us down by not covering the parts that we needed. I will definitely be back.

Going the extra mile
I drive past another Dodge dealership to get to this one! Their service is always reliable, they are great to work with, and when I knew it was going to be a long day of services their shuttle took me to the outlet mall with my kids. It was the perfect way to spend the day and the truck was done right when they said it would be. We will be back!

Great service, fair price!
My truck is over a decade old, so I typically expect that the service department will find numerous age-related issues that I then have to question their necessity. This was a nice experience in that they performed just what I needed and didn't try to upsell me to anything else.

Treated horribly!
I am not at liberty to discuss prior events but I was treated like a criminal when I visit this location and I have done NOTHING to be treated this way. Bob Cooper needs a lesson in customer service, apparently I can no longer visit this location without “Bob” being there for “my deal”. Please note I did nothing wrong and should not be treated poorly and be surrounded by people as if I’m a prison inmate.

Great service experience
clean, and comfortable waiting service area. love the fact they have childeren room to play in while waiting for the oil change price is great and employees are very friendly
