Completely messed up my dash.

I have 1 of the 1000 08 Charger SRT8 SuperBee in Pearl Blue made. I took it in for 2 recalls. Onky one was done in which I had to read the paper to let the service person know. The one that was done was the passenger airbag. They completely messed up the dash. Bent the number plate and all. I drove back around, they took it to THE PINK TEAM...and it came right back out stating that they didnt do anything to that area. I am a female race car driver, I am particularly aware of my car's condition. Not Happy at all. And will not be going back for them to actually do the 2nd recall in which the parts were never ordered, and they havent even called me to schedule an appt. This was done 2 weeks ago.

Service manager was rude

Excellent experience

The best part was the decision Ferman Management has made about financing. Their financial guys are not on commission so they can get the best deal for the customer not what pays them the highest commission. There is no need to shop at any other dealership.

Professional staff. Sales team went out of their way to make sure that I got right vehicle with options that were most important to me. Finance explained terms of lease agreement in detail.

Best service advisor we have ever had

Mr. Anthony was fantastic I him to be the best service advisor we have ever had to date. He did everything to take care of us. He would be one of the reasons for our return visut in the future a long with mechanic Eric I believe
