We bought a used car with Derrick (excellent salesperson) my only minor beef was we had to wait awhile to get to the finance person to finish the sale. They were good about explaining some computer glitch but the wait was annoying

oil/recall
Made an appointment for an oil change and recall work using the My Ram App but when I arrived I was informed Ferman does not use that service. Service representative was very curious and got me in and out in about an hour.

My salesman was great! Tom Frost who took care of my finance paperwork etc., was spot on I would recommend those two for anybody, for the sales manager in the use car area never saw his face purchased another vehicle but yet he couldn’t replace some bulbs that were out in the Cab or fix a rubber piece that bubbling because he already had lost too much money in the truck being on the lot for so long!

Bad service advisor. A liar.
Screwed up my tire and didn’t take responsibility for it. Then tried to blame me after the service tech damaged it. Talked with another dealership and they said to elevate it to JEEP headquarters.

Oil change
I was waiting 2 hrs to get an oil change when I had an appointment. I thought this was very inconvenient and time consuming. What’s the point of having an appointment if I’m gonna wait and it’s as if I walked in off the street.

Lazy service Advisor
This was the first time taking my wife’s new Jeep Wrangler in for service and also toget a couple noises checked out that concerned me. The advisor was very unhelpful and didn’t want todo anything more than the oil change and push me out the door. Also once my vehicle was done I had to go locate the advisor and fetch my keys...no one came looking for me in the waiting room while I sat there and wasted my time. I’ll be taking the jeep in to There competitors from here on out. As large as the jeep community is here in Tampa is I’d recommend all jeepers stray away from this dealerships service center there is plenty of dealers that love the jeep community and take care of there loyal customers.

Great Service and Honest Pricing
We have always been treated fairly here and our service advisor Brian G makes sure things run smoothly and as promised. We were use to great service from our Ferman Acura dealership and it’s nice to see that the quality remains excellent here as well.
