John Wahnon, Karl Alvarez, and the entire Ferman team were absolutely fabulous a few weeks ago when we chose to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new Chrysler 200 for the family. The entire process from start to finish was easy, relaxing and pressure-free. The facilities at this dealership are some of the best I have ever seen and absolutely everyone employed was kind, courteous and friendly. This is where I am going for the next vehicle I purchase!

My wife took her car in for a recall repair with the intention of waiting the three hours for it to be completed. The repair took a little longer than expected and my wife got hungry. Not finding any vending machines she asked the Service Rep, Tom Bambard, where she could get something to eat. Rather than send her walking somewhere he provided her with some snacks. She appreciated it and I appreciate employees caring enough to help and not ignore.

Kathy Myers was so nice and friendly, truly down to earth. I felt no pressure from anyone. Everyone was very nice. Kathy made sure any questions I or my wife had were answered and she did everything she could to assist me in getting the car I wanted. It was one of the fastest car buying experiences I've ever had and without a doubt by far the best experience ever. It's a beautiful facility. The free soda was much appreciated. The paperwork was fast and they appraised my vehicle quickly. I truly felt all that mattered to Kathy was what I wanted and she truly just wanted me to be genuinely happy with my purchase. I usually have a knot in my stomach the whole time. But not this time. I cannot recommend the dealership or Kathy enough! Truly the nicest most sincere salesperson, let alone car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

When I started looking for a new truck for my wife, I was disappointed a few times with some other dealerships. I looked for a specific Truck, the RAM Sport Special addition Sublime Metallic, within 200 miles of my address. Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Lutz had the best deal. They gave me a bottom line out the door price that couldn't be beaten. I was very pleased that I didn't have to drive 200 miles to get a proper deal. Both David and Gheorghe treated my wife and I with respect and fairness. I will be sending family and friends to this dealership.

I was there simply for an oil change. They were prompt with the service and very friendly. I was waiting for the car...but not an unusually long time.

The staff and especially Sheryl Falco and Karl Alvarez went above and beyond to help us out with servicing our Jeep Grand Cherokee over a holiday weekend to save our vacation. We were so impressed and happy that it lead to later in the week to buying our next Jeep from Ferman Chrysler Dodge & Jeep. This was not a trivial decision as we lived in Naples Florida (over 2 hours away). But, they had the best prices we could find in south west Florida.
