My family and I are from Naples FL, we were traveling North on I 75 when we got hit with a flying metal projectile that caused some damage to our vehicle. We called Ferman Chrysler Jeep and Karl Alvarez, the Sales Manager happened to answer the phone at 8PM on the Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. He had us bring the vehicle there , gave us a loaner at no charge , as their on site rental car service was closed for the night, so we could continue on our way, he even apologized profusely that he was sorry he could not give us the loaner with a full tank of gas, since their pumps were locked down for the night, too.Then he and his service dept went above and beyond to get the repairs done so that we could pick up the vehicle on Memorial Day on our way back home to Naples. We were so impressed that we decided to deal with them on the purchase of a Wrangler Sahara, the experience was great. Karl put us in touch with Sheryl Falco in Sales, and she did a fantastic job in working with us to make the deal happen. I can't say enough great things about this dealership, they truly took customer service to a new level. Very impressed, I would buy from them again in a heartbeat!
